We did a one night stay while traveling through Virginia. I picked this hotel based on recent positive reviews, and it did not disappoint. The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast had a variety of selections for all tastes. The location was central to several eateries located less than a mile away, and it was conveniently located just off the highway.. The price was very reasonable and were were happy we picked this hotel.

Hotel's Favorite
Spent a night here on our road trip north. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes off the highway. There are lots of choices for food around. The hotel overall is clean and everyone is very courteous and helpful. The room is a good size for two and clean. The bathroom was a bit small but overall the room is great. The beds are very comfy and the bedding smells clean and fresh. Hot breakfast is served along with your cereals and fruit choices. A great stay for us.

We enjoyed our stay here, thank you! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. I was so glad that this BW offered 2 queen suite, made it very comfortable for our family of 5. Plus they had some GF breakfast options too. I also appreciated the ways they lowered their carbon footprint by having shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers rather than individual small plastic bottles.

We were so happy with our stay. Place was spotless. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room seemed sound proof. Such a treat. Breakfast had great options including sausage and biscuits and breakfast sandwiches. Dinner places nearby including a great one next door.

All was good or great! No complaints at all. Will definitely make Best Western Waynesboro my half way stop to destination! Tasteful decor, a fine bed, cats allowed, good vending choices, good continental breakfast choices.

The manager and her team have poor customer service, unable to problem solve, no listening skills. Will not take responsibility for errors made by there staff. I would not recommend this location for groups.

Hotel is OK, if you need a basic room and stay then should be fine. Staff does a good job. Hotel is dated and could stand a re-fresh. Breakfast is a little above average; has most amenities you need. Again, for a basic overnight place to get some shut eye and move on.

We had a 3 night stay recently. The hotel was clean and comfortable. the location is excellent with many food and shopping options around it. It is very covenant to the highway. We only grabbed some granola bars for the road a few mornings as we ate at the Cracker Barrel next door a few times. It look like a decent hotel breakfast though. Check in and out were both quick. The housekeeping policy was explained to us as it was on request only. We did pick up a few extra towels at the desk one day. They could probably supply more than 2, but it was fine. The pillows were mediocre, even though they have multiple options on the king size bed. The mattress was just ok. A bit stiff, but not uncomfortable that I didn't sleep. There was a bit of tossing and turning between the two of us. The Heat/AC worked good and the TV was fine. The bathroom was large. The refrigerator actually worked too good and it froze 2 bottles of water. That's rare. Usually the fridge in a hotel like this barely works. There was a tween beauty pageant going on the weekend we were there, so the girls were a little loud in the halls at times, but we were warned when we checked in and was told that if there was any noise issues to let the front desk know. This hotel is in a great location. There are several eating options within walking distance and a super WalMart. We checked in 10/13 and checked out 10/16 after visiting our son who attends FMS. There was no hot water during our entire stay. When my husband checked out, he told Brittany at the front desk about the water situation. She responded “you’re the first one whose mentioned that.” Her tone was rude. I was very disappointed with her response. I had been sitting in the lobby area about an hour before my family came down to check out. During that time, at least two other guests independently mentioned the hot water issue. To them she responded, “ I will be sure to let management know.” When my husband mentioned it without any knowledge of the previous guests’ experience, Brittany said “You’re the first one whose mentioned that.” I didn’t want to make a scene so I approached the front counter to join my husband. As I was approaching , he asked for a printed receipt. She told him that since he booked through a third party a receipt wasn’t available. He explained that we booked at the front desk when we checked out last month . . . When I arrived at the counter I told him ( with the intent that Brittany and her coworker would hear), “I don’t know why she responded to you in that way when other guests have said the same thing about the hot water.” Brittany then said, “I’m sorry but I only heard that from one other guest.” (I am not sure if she actually heard herself.) I told her “ I don’t like the way you dismissed and misrepresented his concern.” To shorten this story, Brittany provided us with a printed receipt and we did not book our next scheduled visit to see our son with that hotel. The management really needs to engage in more training of its staff, because it is sometimes hard to determine between a general lack of professionalism/ integrity and bias behavior. Finally, room 303 had no hot water for three nights and it was during one of their most expensive weekend rates of the year! Baker…
