Lovely, charming B&B set in the picturesque and rolling hills of Virginia near the historic town of Little Washington. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed with all necessary amenities. The hosts are wonderful with generous hospitality. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and plentiful with home made breads. It's hard to leave, but reassuring it's available for future repeat visits....

Loved our room with the canopy bed and the unbelievable shower! Each room is filled with beautiful antiques and the view out each window is breathtaking. Susan is an amazing hostess. We felt right at home. Her delicious breakfast was out of this world. Can't wait to return.

My 2 sisters and I had planned this trip for months and we were excited till we walked into the house. There was a musty smell and both my sisters were affected. We were disappointed with the unfriendly and unhelpful reaction of the owners. They would not move us into the empty room next to us without charging us for...

There is and was no musty smell in the room. These guests arrived with an attitude and left with an attitude. There was no pleasing them. Fortunately, we don't get many guests like them.

Susan and Walt are great hosts. The room was cozy and the breakfast was elaborately prepared deliciousness. They're very familiar with the Inn at Little Washington and happy to coach first time visitors on how to enjoy their dining experience there. We're definitely heading back.

Susan and Walt have created what I would view as the perfect country inn. It is close to the main roads, yet far enough removed that there is quiet and comfort. I cannot think of anything to add that would not be viewed as gushy, so I will count down my favorite items of note. The shower in our room...

Stayed for 2 nights and found the place wonderful. Excellent hosts and delicious breakfasts. We stayed in the Rose Room which was very clean and comfortable. Loved the large bathroom with 2 sinks and extra large shower. The location is perfect right off Rt. 211 and a nice stroll into the town of Little Washington. Beautiful views of the countryside...
