Cons: Room in the Berkshire building was musty. Many of the other people I stayed with said the same. Maybe they should switch to a laminate/vinyl flooring instead of carpet? Lots of fruit flies in the room too.

There are some grocery stores about 3 miles away, an easy bicycle trip on country roads. Giant Food is the most convenient, as you don't have to deal with any main roads. Check out the route on Google maps.
