Tons of noise, not solved by staff, moved to new room at midnight, smelled of smoke. I had low expectations, but this experience was awful. Having to packup the family at minight to move to another building at midnight in November was a real joy,
The room was out of date and had a terrible odor like old cigarettes. The fixtures in the room appeared out of date. The mirror on the bathroom door wasn’t secured properly and almost fell off. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and wasn’t bad.
I really liked the ground floor unit with a door that opened right to the car. It made unloading/loading for me and the dogs SO EASY. The room was clean but a bit dated, the AC was loud. Location was excellent and there was plenty of room to walk the dogs.
The deal for the room was $88 per night. I booked the one night needed and paid when booking. After checking out there was a second charge of $135 on my card. When I called and asked they said this was a "activation charge." There is no activation charge listed on the entire webs…
