Stayed June 26th through July 6th, Stayed in a tent, was a pretty quiet trip. Was a couple minute car ride to the beach, went daily, Phase 2 of the Corona Virus went into effect July 1st and the pools opened up made it more enjoyable, there is live evening entertainment a couple times a week, They have a couple of nice bathrooms with showers. People where pretty friendly. Would definitely recommend Holiday Trav-L-Park.
We stayed here for a few days while going to the beach. Very accommodating. We had lots of questions and there was always someone willing to help. The bathrooms and shower facilities were very nice and super clean! We had water, electric, sewer, and cable. There is free wifi onsite but we had trouble getting it to work. The sites were level and had trash pick-up at our sites and wood delivery to our sites. It is super accessible and easy to get anywhere easily! We loved traveling around to the go-cart track, grocery, and restaurants by bike. There are 5 pools onsite, which was great.
This place would be great if they enforced quite hours. Another party of people set up in a plot across from ours and played loud music the whole 72 hours we were here. The rest of the park was quite at night, but the staff did not do anything about our area being ruined despite numerous complaints. Didn’t sleep at all on my “camping” trip. Horrible
Stayed for 2 weeks from May 8-22. We love this park due to its proximity to our Navy son and his family. We have stayed in both the Super Sites and a normal wooded site in our 40 ft RV. This trip was extremely disappointing. We were on the Super Site side and the weekend of May 15 every site was full. There were many drunk, loud, obnoxious people all weekend. We heard loud music and yelling well after midnight. Additionally, there are many inebriated people riding around on golf carts with open alcohol. This was very disturbing considering the number of small children in the park. For a park that strictly controls who is allowed to enter after a certain hour, they need to enforce their quiet hours and open alcohol policies.
I was here with my RV club in July and we had a wonderful time. The people were very nice and helpful. The facilities are very good. The campsites are big rig friendly. The campground is close to everything and the beach is very close. I can't wait to go back.
