The site behind us was extremely noisy. Loud music, sceaming, and yelling. Called numerous times to complain, but it never stopped. RV's stacked around here so close. At one point, the music was so loud our RV was vibrating. The air conditioner did little to drown it out. I guess another RV'ER got enough and called the cops. Got a reprieve for about 6 hours. At 8am it was cranked up again. This park did very little to curb it. Personally, I think they should have been made to leave.

Staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Lots of activites for all ages. Treat and Treating with some campsites being decorated for the event. It was quiet after 10:00 Site were huge and level. Had plenty shower houses- )could have used better water pressure) Laundry room was clean with plenty of washers and dryers. The campsite is in town but with all the tree around it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Close to the beach. We will be back in the future

Really enjoyed this park. I was nervous because of the reviews. It is a LARGE park! We had a great campsite, brand new picnic table, the bathrooms were fine, clean. The campstore had everything, pools looked great and not crowded. We biked to the beach - easy and safe trail to ride. Oh and the lady greeting us SUPER nice. Print your Site Tag before you go - and you can go right in! Easy Peasy!

I’m only giving this place 2 stars because we got our money back when we left. Otherwise, it would be a 1-star review. Where to start… We arrived in a Friday afternoon to a PACKED campground. The sites are tight. Ours was muddy as well. We didn’t think much about that but boy, we should have! We pitched our tent and got our site ready to some of the loudest music I’ve ever heard. Right down the road from us, a family had rented 10 or so sites, and they had their music up so loud that it was like they were next door. Unfortunately, our next door neighbors also had music playing, as were the ones on the other side. It went on all day and well into the night past quiet hour. There was loud noise all. The. Time. People zoomed around on golf carts blaring music, kids driving, speeding around corners. No courtesy at all. Enforcement of that and the loud music was nonexistent. Next, it’s a dirty campground. There are pieces of trash all over. Our site had plastic wrappers, bottle caps, and even some kind of bones on the ground. The bathrooms were nasty. There was mud and dirt on the floors. The showers had chunks of hair in the drains, on the walls, on the floor. It was disgusting. The toilets are old school slow flushers, so most of the time the waste was still in the bowl. There was toilet paper on the floors and stuck to the toilet seats. The worst thing was that our site flooded during a rain storm. I don’t mean a little bit here and there. I mean the entire site was under about 4-5 inches of water. Granted, it was a hard rain, but when I went in to see about getting a new site, the guy said all the tent sites were flooded in a way that implied he was not surprised at all. Not only that, but the roads were flooded too. We got our money back and moved to a much nicer, much quieter campground. …

The office staff was very rude! The park was so packed that tents were only a couple of feet away. There was no enforcement of the rules. Music and parties lasting until the wee hours. It felt like we were at a music festival.

We love this place, will NEVER go again on a holiday weekend, or weekend. Their security is not equipped for the type of customers they allow. Not family friendly! Staff and maintenance are very good and we have boasted about this campground to many, but this last memorial day weekend with the repulsive behaviors observed & reported we are sad to say we will NOT go back unless we are confident they have become more serious to their own rules.

Memorial weekend. Friday .... No entertainment.Sat ...no entertainment. Not sure what we paid almost $300.00 for . Bingo and hayrides with 20 people wining kids . I feel we should get discounted They posted bands but nothing . All I did was dodge kids under 16 speeding around in rented golf carts unattended by adults going over posted speed limits cutting off cars . The internet doesn't work . So it was geriatric weekend with bingo and hayrides with someone else's screaming kids . I know I won't be spending my summers here . They can't garentee the entertainment they promise and the liklyhood of a accident involving a child is great because kids aren't supervised . They shot out in front of your car as you try to drive thru due to lack of supervision. Golf cart are driven by children that are driving cart that go 35 + mph not minding stop signs or speed signs posted . …

This place is terrible. The desk staff is incredibly rude. The owners are super weird. I watched one of the owners pick a ruptured squishy ball out of the trash and wipe it off and put it back on the shelf in her shop to sell. Just what? It is really run down. The bathrooms are disgusting. The playgrounds are broken down and dangerous with rotting wood and metal. The amenities are closed most of the time. There are quiet hours but they are not enforced. People scream and party all night. They drive golf carts drunk or let literal children drive golf carts. There are jets that fly all day and night. There is a rotting chicken smell in the back of the park. Its just a gross place. There are much nicer and cheaper places to stay in VB.

Worst vacation of my life! We had bedbugs in one of the rental trailer. They moved us in a smaller motorhome and refuse to refund us the staying. First there was a mouse urine odor that they tried to minimise by saying ''we don't smell anything'' and after a second complaint ''it's probably the propane tank''. When they moved us because of bedbugs we had to throw away loggages, bags and kids stuff. They refused to pay for any of this. It took us 3 days to wash and replace everything in the smaller place where they moved us. Without loggages in a smaller place, it was always a mess to find anything. My wife had so many bites she had to see a doctor, took medication and suffer during our whole vacation. She still has scars. Every employee there kept on saying ''I have no autority'' and ''the manager is on vacation''. It took me so long to have an answer from a person in charge I was already back from my vacation. They always keep on giving us cheap excuses. They have ruined my vacation, I will have nightmares about this for the rest of my life. I have never experienced anything close to that. Stay away from Trav-L-Park, go anywhere else.…

We have stayed here many times over the past 10 years. Most sites are level, some with good shade, some open. There is a premium section with paved sites, most are grass. This RV park gets an exceptional rating since when we arrived here yesterday in a motorhome towing. We [ planned an overnight only stay. When we arrived we required some extra attention to our towed vehicle which they courteously provided, above and beyond the service we could expect. Thank you Holiday Trav-L-Park.
