Carla, Sera and Shyma - our Club Lounge Concierge - made our Ritz experience so memorable! The three of them made us feel like VIPs. Checking to make sure we were well cared seemed to flow so naturally. Their warm personalities, genuine smiles and willingness to go the extra mile took a regular hotel experience and made it something to cherish. The food was lovely, tasty and plentiful, the drinks kept coming and the presentation had us photographing and going for seconds! We left and immediately started planning our next visit. Hats off to these exceptional ladies and many thanks for the bright spot they provided in the dead of winter!

This was our third stay during COVID and while we completely understand that hotels need to make money on events, they should have separate entrances for those that want to “party at the Ritz without masks” vs those that want to ensure they can enter the room contactless with masks. Rooms are extremely comfortable and door dash for contactless delivery works great. Only issue is entering and exiting the hotel through the lobby with parties and guests not adhering to social distancing.

Always a great stay but wanted to take a moment to thank Adan in Entyse Lounge. Adan is exceptional and made our evening memorable. If you have the opportunity to spend some time at the lounge, request to be in the care of Adan....you will be glad you did.

Best service I have had at a hotel. Beautiful hotel close to everything. The rooms could be a bit more spacious but overall this place is top notch. They really take care of you. Roman made us feel welcome right form the start and everything we asked for was brought up immediately.

My wife and I visited the Ritz property in Tysons, VA and decided to splurge a bit and added the Club Lounge as we were celebrating our anniversary. We were EXTREMELY impressed with the Club Level Concierge received by both Shima & Karla on both days over the weekend! Kind, courteous, engaging, sweet, thoughtful and fun personalities which made our trip extremely memorable. So memorable that we plan to send my in laws for a visit to unwind. In addition, all staff members we came across were welcoming and the rooms were in immaculate and clean condition. We couldn’t have been happier & we look forward to our next stay at this property!
