From the very beginning, this hotel was amazing! We arrived late morning, and just on a whim we asked if we could check in early, so we didn't have to leave our luggage in the car for the day! They immediately said yes, and were so kind! Once we got to the room, it was absolutely beautiful! It was extremely...

Two EXTREMELY slow elevators. Confusion at check in though we had checked in online. Breakfast great but at dinner there was no one to assist until 5:15. Overall, very good. Clean and spacious. I would recommend it but these changes need to be made.

I like it because every room is perfect and the breakfast and cocktail party make the stay there worth the price they charge per night! This location was perfect for us since we were close to our soccer fields for a tournament!

I have stayed at this hotel for both Business and Family trips. Hotel: The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Close to the Metra line (about 2 blocks) as well as restaurants and mall. Complimentary shuttle. Staff: Really only one word to describe them. "WONDERFUL!!" Not one complaint - ever!

Hotel is dark and outdated. Carpet shows lots of wear. My room smelled of vinegar when I first opened the door. The evening reception snacks were crackers with dip. No more tacos, pizza, or pasta like before.

Stayed here on business in March of 2016. Chose the Embassy Suites for price ($109/night), Hilton network (double points that night!) and proximity to my Monday morning meeting (less than 1 mi). Per usual and as expected, the staff was friendly and the rooms were "suite"-able, but you do get what you paid for. It's a business hotel with high...

My Gov't laptop could not connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi services and required the support of the hotel's IT Helpdesk. Unfortunately, the hotel's IT Helpdesk would not take my call (i.e. but no one would pickup/answer the phone). I contacted the hotel's front desk associate , who contacted the IT Helpdesk on my behalf and who managed my problem through...

Hi Lionel - thank you for your feedback, and we're so happy we earned a positive rating overall. We're very sorry, however, to hear about the troubles you faced connecting to our WiFi. This is very unusual for our IT team to not be available, and please be assured that we've followed up with them to find out why this...

Perfect stay in every way. Room was clean and had an excellent functional layout, split between a living room area and bed area with bathroom in the middle. Good TVs, desk, chairs, sofa, bed. Very good linens and pillows. Plenty of electrical sockets, outstanding shower. Hot breakfast every day with excellent array of food choices, including omelets cooked to order....

Hilton Honors member totally dissatisfied! This hotel is noisy, dirty, poor service from front desk staff. First impressions go along way. Beer cans and bottles stored in flower beds, kids running around and up and down hallways after 11 pm during quiet hours on the guest floors and laying in hallways. Reception area noisy after quiet hours, could hear it...
