Have to stay in hotels for business. Rooms are always clean everything works. If I ever needed anything staff was there to take care of it. Nancy is great and always accomodates me if when I call last minute.

I suspect the presence of long-term residents says something about the local availability of affordable housing. It may be that the rent of some residents is subsidized.
