Wife and I had a great stay on our "babymoon". We stayed in the Mill House Studio, and were blown away by the incredibly 2-story, romantic building. It is near Winchester, VA, which is where we spent time during the day and then enjoyed our place at night. Hostess was very warm and inviting, and the breakfast was great. Look...

We picked the log cabin for our stay. We were returning home to New Jersey from our 2 week vacation in the Smoky Mountains and it was so relaxing and soothing. Most definitely will be returning to the Inn in the near future. Just sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch was amazing. Cabin was well appointed with...

My husband and I loved this place! We stayed in the Cabin by the Pond which was totally awesome. Peaceful and serene cabin by a lovely pond. After a long day of sightseeing, we sat out on our porch in comfortable rocking chairs to view the night sky. Perfect.. Tiffany and Derrick were awesome hosts and the breakfast was absolutely...

My husband booked 3 nights at Vaucluse ~ Our stay was truly perfect in every way. Stayed in Chumley house- Zane Room. Comfortable doesn't even begin to describe every aspect of the inn. Quiet, luxurious, very clean, charming, gracious service, available and attentive hosts, beautiful environment.

I chose this Inn as a special weekend getaway for my husband's birthday. It is a peaceful and secluded compound and is only an hour outside of DC. The food (three course breakfast, five course dinner) is absolutely incredible and the owners couldn't be more friendly and welcoming. If you need a break from the hustle and bustle of DC...

The Inn at Vaucluse Spring exceeded expectations. This 42-acre countryside retreat includes both beautiful broadleaf woods and open fields. In the mornings we were greeted by chipmunks and squirrels, in the afternoon by woodchucks, and in the evening by deer. The rooms are located in various structures with immense historical character and are finely appointed. The innkeepers are friendly and...

Amazing that such a rural compound, with a peaceful pond and rural views, is so close to DC. The separate buildings scattered around the grounds provide privacy and a feeling you are in your own country place. The food is amazing -- dinner prepared by a truly skilled chef and a perfect country breakfast. The hosts are charming and friendly,...

Stayed over Labor Day weekend. Grounds are beautiful, accommodations great and food was fantastic! Owners and staff were very friendly and genuine. Location was great to visit Winchester - pleasant surprise being so close to Valerie Hill Winery which turned out to be a great find too on our trip. Hubby and I plan to return to Vaucluse again.

The entire Inn was the venue for a gathering of friends, from as far as Australia, Hong Kong, Europe, Tokyo, men and women all eager to catch up and talk. Breakfast chats until close to noon in the comfortable and lovely dining rooms, delicious breakfasts, and a wonderful pool. Tiffany and Dereck were obliging, charming, and their sense of hospitality...

We got a gift certificate for a two night stay at this Inn for our wedding - but as it is with a young family, we never really found the time to go. When the voucher was about to expire (after one year, although VA law states it has to be five years), we called and the Inn keeper Barry...
