Tucked into the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley on 50 acres lies Steeles Tavern Manor. We invite you to our 1916-built Virginian manor house located halfway between the historic towns of Lexington and Staunton. The Inn offers five guest rooms and suites with gas or electric fireplaces and private baths with double Jacuzzi tubs. In addition to the bedrooms in the manor, there are three cabin rentals available. Two cabins are on a high ridge with sweeping views of the valley and one cabin is located on our catch and release fishing pond. All have the luxuries needed for a romantic vacation: king-sized bed, private outdoor hot tub, living room with gas fireplace, full kitchens, gas grills & more. Roam the grounds to enjoy views of our pond, the rolling stream or our in-ground swimming pool. Relax and enjoy warm hospitality during our complimentary evening social hour with a glass of local wine or beer.

Thank you for choosing Steeles Tavern Manor to celebrate retirement!! We really enjoyed having you and your friends stay with us! We had an enjoyable time as well chatting and enjoying a glass of wine at the Social Hours. Giving everyone hugs upon departure did make it feel like family was leaving us. But we know you will be coming back some day! Enjoy your retirement time! Ray and Melissa

STM is located in a great location with tons of stuff to do in the surrounding area. Hiking, wineries, history--you name it. We booked the Ivy cabin for our 10 year anniversary and did some exploration to find local wineries nearby. The cabin is truly in a remote, quiet area

Thanks for the great review, and congratulations on your 1 year anniversary! The Shenandoah Valley is a wonderful place to visit, and we're happy you like it as much as we do. Our cabins are extremely popular and are a great jumping off place for visiting the region. We hope you'll make STM part of your future celebrations.

We spent the weekend in the Manor with the new inn keepers, Dana and Trey, and they were fantastic! Both of them welcomed us and showed us around like we were family. Our room was inviting, comfortable and they left cookies and chocolate for us!! We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast
