Just got back from a 5 night stay at Walnut Hills. Beautiful, clean and quiet, we stayed just off the pond. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots to see and do nearby or just relax. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful , large facility with some good sites. When we arrived the site we were given did not match the Internet description. We paid $12 for another site. We were not escorted to either site despite 4 employees doing nothing. We paid for a fire delivery which was not made due to a clerical error. Less than... More

I'm so sorry that you had such a difficult stay with us. As you observed from the number of rental RVs, we had a large number of new campers staying with us during your visit, and they are still learning campground etiquette. Regarding escorts, while we are happy to escort any camper who asks or wants one, not everyone wants... More

Clean and well-maintained campground with a very pretty lake. We won't stay by a lake again, tho, since our little trailer was full of small flying bugs - hundreds. Cable, Wifi, older but nice and very clean bathroom/showers, lots of spaces for tents; the cabins looked very nice from the outside. Only complaint was that our space was so small... More

Very nice park, good location, nice spots, friendly staff! Good shopping. Check out Amish cheese shop and German restaurant nearby. Easy access from I-81 exits 213 or 217. Marked well. Nice extra long pull throughs! Nice pool. Fun activities for children. Feed the ducks, fish or hike!

This was our first stay at the campground and we were pleased with the site, which was level and gravel. A very scenic lake with fishing right by your site. We asked for directions to the Grottoes area and the staff printed them for me! They would do anything to make your stay a good one. Clean rest rooms.

I can't say enough about walnut hills. We were on the lake with fishing right outside our camper. Super friendly and helpful people. Trash pickup at your site every morning. Super clean bathrooms and laundry rooms. Large fenced in doggy playground. Definitely will be going back.

Super place for a night or a month! We visit for a relaxing night out or a week of fun times. Great for kids to fish, hayride or swim! The ducks are always entertaining and the turtles love dough balls. There are resident cats that are loveable and ready for your attention!

We stayed here with our 24' travel trailer twice, in July 2015 and in August 2015. The campground is very nice, has beautiful scenic views, cable TV, somewhat spotty wi-fi, a nice store, and very friendly help. I believe it was built on an old walnut plantation. Facilities were quite adequate.

Got away for a night out to Staunton KOA and it was wonderful. Had a primitive tent site. Wonderful people who helped bring firewood and were very useful on multiple occasions. Will come and stay again!

Beautiful KOA, excellent efficient check-in, immaculate restrooms and showers. Caught bluegills in the pond. Had a beautiful, pondside site. Great campground, features many different cabins if you don't have camping gear. Historic registration building situated in a 1700's plantation stable building.
