Stayed there 9/12/19 I got this room After booking the room with an app that you cant see what your getting until you pay. I read all the reviews and become somewhat concerned from recent reviews. Knowing that we where not going to be able to get there until really late, like 1ish in the morning. But we had a great room. It was clean and nice compared to what I read!!! I would have given a higher rating but the hot tub was out of commission and completely covered with a piece of plywood and I asked the office about it and was told it was broke!!! I couldn't tell but it looked as if there restaurant was closed as well!!! But overall a good hotel everyone was very friendly. Clean room nice views. We where in room 810. I didn't notice you could hear people outside the room. Would definitely stay there again. I would have given it a 3.5 but you cant!!

We stayed 3 nights in July for a conference. Night 1: room seemed clean, freezer in fridge was falling out, a/c didn't work and it was very hot so opening balcony door didn't help cool room. We had arrived late and thought maybe a/c was working and just needed time to work as it wasn't on when we got in room, tried to get some sleep. Didn't go well, it was just too hot, at least 80 humid degrees. Also, discovered giant puddle of water in middle of night in front of bathroom that was created by dripping a/c unit. Used 2-3 towels to soak up mess. Really needed a bucket to catch the water. Day & Night 2: Told front desk about a/c, maintenance showed up within 5 minutes and supposedly fixed the problem. A/C worked for about 2 hours and I was able to get a little bit of sleep. Got ready for the day and went to front desk on way out to tell them a/c stopped working again. They said they'd take another look & try to get fixed. Would not move us to another room until this problem could not be fixed. Left around 2pm. Returned about 7-8pm and upon entering room noticed it was even hotter than before. Then noticed the fridge was missing as well as our luggage. Maintenance was arriving outside room as we stepped back out to find out where we were moved to. He was bringing in a new fridge. He radioed front desk and let us in new room, which was next door. (I didn't have high hopes because when I was letting them know about broken a/c for 2nd time some other hotel staff was returning from this room and said they were just trying to get that a/c unit working.) Thankfully this room was cool and we were able to sleep comfortably. It was nice that housekeeping moved our stuff too, including stuff from fridge, saved us some hassle. However, I noticed some ants on the floor between the beds before going to sleep. Meh, whatever, made sure our snacks weren't accessible, I can deal with ants. Also didn't have enough towels. I still had key to old room and went and got the ones we had not used. Day & Night 3: Slept in and was taking an easy day. Showered late afternoon, baby was napping, 3yo watching tv, 11yo downstairs at pool using restroom (ours was clogged). As I was getting ready I noticed that this a/c unit had started dripping and leaving a puddle on the floor. Ok, put a towel down so we wouldn't slip. I was getting snack from closet(hanging in bag in there because of ants) and the a/c vent cover fell/swung open and hit me in the head! Thank goodness I had just washed my hair and had it wrapped in a towel because that's what saved me from getting a gash/bump in the side of my head. It hit me on the left side directly above my ear. I seriously wanted to leave immediately. I looked up hotels for near where we were going to be the next day and there weren't any, otherwise we'd have checked out and left. Finished getting ready and left hotel about 4pm. Told front desk about what happened and that toilet was clogged when we left. Husband had returned to room about 6 and room had not been fixed (dripping water, broken vent, clogged toilet). He was on the phone with me when he returned and I told him what was going on. He went to desk and problems were fixed immediately. Other miscellaneous: on day we checked out of 2nd room, noticed tufts of fur all over floor where kids had been playing. There had been a pet in room at some point and it was not thoroughly cleaned. Explained why my husband was having issues with his allergies. We initially thought mold from wet & dripping a/c units. There are no microwaves in rooms. There is one at snack shop that can be used, which we did. There was ice water near front doors that had ice and COLD water in every day except one, then it just had no ice. Pools were nice. There is no hot tub. We tried to swim one night but weather was cooler and inside pool was freezing, outside pool slightly less so. The "restaurant" didn't look like it was ever open. My husband said no breakfast was served for guests, only catered for conference attendees. There were almost always 2 people working front desk. Which is unusual for any hotels I stay at (usually choice properties). I think the staff really did try their best. They were attentive and caring. At no point did I feel we were being ignored. One of the evenings I went down to microwave something it appeared that no one was on desk duty, but I quickly realized it was the random woman who was trying to chat with me as I walked past front door. Because another employee appeared and she was quick to give excuses why she was not behind the desk. Oops! Somebody got caught! She wasn't wearing a name tag or uniform so I sure didn't think it was an employee that was speaking to me(talking about weather). Included pics: broken freezer, possible stains on sheets but I can't confirm it wasn't from my kids who had just eaten cheetos, secret parking space right in front of entrance next to disabled parking spots. Scored this a couple nights because it doesn't look like a space for just anybody. We were in rooms 460 and 461.

We are currently in the process of addressing our deficiencies by developing staff on delivering a guest service experience expected by our guests. Also we are now in the process of detail cleaning and conducting preventive maintenance of all our units. Our group occupied two rooms for a four day stay between 8/14-8/18. Upon our arrival I voiced my concerns regarding prior TripAdvisor reviews to the front desk clerk, Taylor. She assured us that the rooms had been cleaned, and accompanied us to the rooms for a personal inspection. Later in the evening a minor issue was discovered in one of the rooms, which was resolved within 30 minutes by Chris, one of the maintenance personnel. Each day housekeeping inquired whether anything was needed in the rooms, i.e., trash emptied, towels, soap, coffee, vacuuming, etc. The daily continental breakfast was appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the swimming pools, as a respite to the high temperatures that week. An added bonus was the well equipped exercise room! We had booked the reservations through Priceline, and felt that the accommodations were worth much more than the price we paid. We will definitely be returning to BRHCC next year! Many thanks to all the staff for their attentiveness and dedication to superior customer service!

If possible don't stay here. rooms okay but sink didn't drain well. Stain on wall. Carpet in halls sagging badly. No restaurant or bar. Some people were there for 2 days and no maid service at all.Staff didn't seem to care that maids weren't seeing to rooms. Layout of hotel very confusing easy to get turned around.

I thought I was in a scene from the movie, “The Shining”! This hotel needs massive updating! The room had caked up dust on the phones, the counter and chair, the floor was sticky also. I was In the room for like 15mins and my allergies was in full blast.
