I booked this place because it had a kitchenette and I was going to be in town for 3 days and did not want to eat out that much, figured I could save cash and calories . Low and behold the kitchenette fell SHORT, to say the least . No dishes, no plates, no utensils, NOTHING .. I think 2... More

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating and never failed to greet us as we entered or left the lobby. The rooms, for the most part, were very nice although there were some stains on the carpet (in the room with two double beds) that should really be cleaned or replaced. The pool looked very nice and clean and... More

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was filthy. The shower was filthy, the kitchen was dirty, the walls were stained, and when I complained they seemed like they did not even care that I was unsatisfied. Let's not talk about how nasty the food service and kitchen is. Yuck. Don't eat there either. DO NOT... More

This hotel was by far the nastiest hotel I have ever been to!! The hotel has a foul odor no matter where you are. There was a yellow ring on the toilet and a really big urine stain on the sheets! The refrigerator had black splotches or dirt and the ceilings are coming apart and covered in mold. The only thing that... More

This hotel was filthy. The entire building reeked of smoke, and although we requested a nonsmoking room, it was unbearably smoky. All of our belongings smelled like smoke when we left the next day. We found other people's hair in the showers, and the ceilings were falling in. The pool was disgusting, you couldn't even see the bottom because it... More

My husband and I were in town for what we thought was one night, for a memorial service. I had called prior to making the reservation, to make certain we could have late checkout. So many other facilities would not commit to allowing us late check out, but the person I spoke with said she would check with her manager,... More

We stayed here for one night while attending a concert at Willett Hall. The location is very convenient to the Olde Town and in walking distance. The hotel is a bit older, but the staff was friendly and very accommodating. They do offer breakfast, but it wasn't very appealing so we ate elsewhere. Perhaps this hotel is more suitable for... The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The furniture in the room was a bit dated. I was surprised that the bed was comfortable. The staff is attentive to our needs and admitted they're currently working on raising the their standards. I give them high praise for trying. The hotel is next door to Starbucks and minutes away from... More

We stayed at this property because of its close proximity to The Portsmouth Naval Medical Center. Our son was having surgery and we wanted to be as close as possible. The hotel is beyond old and tired. It is filthy dirty!! Our room had cob webs hanging from the ceiling. The edges of the carpet had a thick layer of dust... More
