I spent 6 weeks at this Motel recently, so I feel I can give feedback from lengthy experience. The motel rooms are nice and modern, clean, well equipped, with excellent amenities. Very comfortable beds. Mine even had a spa bath. They all have quiet garden views offering a relaxing private stay. The owners are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will be staying again when I next head up North. Very grateful to them for such a pleasant stay.

We landed in Kerikeri as NZ was locking down for the pandemic. Jacqui & Andrew did everything they could to make our 9 day stay there very comfortable and safe. Our unit was perfectly clean, the bed was great, over-sized TV to occupy us during the isolation, good wifi, fresh picked apples in our backyard. These two Floridians would return to this motel in a heartbeat.

The Kauri Park Motel was an excellent place to stay in Keri Keri. Andrew and Jacqui were very welcoming hosts. We really enjoyed a cold beer on arrival after a day in the car driving up from Auckland! We had two nights only and could have stayed longer. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was quiet, easy to find and convenient situated for the Waitangi Treaty Grounds and as a base for the long drive to Cape Reinga. Well done!

Kauri Park is a great combination - set in amongst the trees, it tranquil yet central to Kerkeri, the owners are super-friendly yet discrete, the motel feels luxurious yet it’s affordable. Highly recommended for short visits or a few weeks as a base to explore Northland. We were impressed.
