After a long cold day at Cradle Mountain, walking into a warm, spacious cabin with the fire going and spectacular forest views was just heavenly. Great underfloor heating in the bath room . Enjoyed a soak in the bath tub before dinner in the restaurant. Perfect couples retreat. The road in is gravel and windy but well maintained and easy...

We went with 2 couples for a weekend away....we had such a wonderful time that we would love to go again! The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. The main building had a small shop with everything a tourist might need and there was great information about walking tracks etc. The lounge had a large fireplace...

I love Lemonthyme Lodge, I actually live close by and use this place as my get away. The road in is council maintained, yes gravel, but very smooth. We have always stayed in the Tree top spa cabins, just lovely, romantic and makes you feel like your the only one there, the heater is going on your arrival, very welcoming...

We recently had a lovely night at Lemonthyme. Spacious room with a spa and balcony overlooking the forest canopy. Lovely setting and love the timber buildings. Dinner and breakfast in the dining room was tasty and enjoyable. After dinner sitting in front of the log fire with coffee was special. I visited Lemonthyme 25 years ago just after it opened...

My husband and I travelled (eloped) from Adelaide to Tasmania last year for our wedding and honeymoon. We had our wedding at Lemonthyme Lodge underneath Bridal Veil Falls. We found the Lodge quite easily conaidering the weather was quite bad that day and visibility not the best. The road in to the lodge is a bit rough and quite narrow...

Stayed in a two bedroom bungalow (Dogwood) great setup . Beds very comfy . Lovely quiet setting . Good walks nearby . Best of all was the food cooked by Larissa the Head Chef- happy to make special vegetarian meals for our fussy 15 year old daughter and the other meals were well with it also . Definitely recommend this...

Worth the steep and windy drive up the mountains! Think crisp, fresh air and surrounded by tall trees. Very comfortable cottages with modern facilities. Amazing how they built them in such wilderness! The whispering woods serve delicious food...don't miss it. Don't miss the feeding every night at 845pm. If u are keen on a walk but don't want worry too...

This lodging is in a beautiful bush/rainforest location about 8kms down a well maintained unsurfaced road. Quite and great privacy from other guests with nothing around us except nature. Cabins need an update but comfortable with good gas log heating which was very effective. Please be warned that the location is isolated so no popping out or down to the...

We stayed here for one night with a toddler in the wilderness suite, which was very roomy if a bit faded. The setting is lovely but it is a good 30min+ drive to Cradle Mountain and a good 10 min drive just to the road, so if we were here for more than one day, it would have been pretty...

Spent 2 nights here ... its prefect if you want a get away from EVERYTHING. After hiking Cradle Mountain this was perfect. Quiet, peaceful and if your up for it a bit more of a walk, there are few hikes varying in distance from the location. The restaurant has a small menu, but everything we had was fantastic. Breakfast was...
