We stayed in the Treehouse at Casa Yaboa for the last week of July and loved it. The location was perfect - up in the trees and on the ocean. Quiet, private, and comfortable, the Treehouse was the ideal size for a couple. Loved the screened-in outdoor shower! Powerful A/C and fans kept the cottage cool in the hot summer.... More

We rented Casita Bubi and truly enjoyed our stay in this dreamy place. The house is big, charming, with a brand new air-conditioning and was surrounded by many cute crawling crabs (due to the season). Amazing view. The best thing is that here you can be totally alone: just you, dry forest and the water. Kayaks were available free of... More

All of the reviews that precede me match the experience I had. Casas Yaboas is off the beaten bath, but a gem. Yes you take a 5 min drive through a narrow dirt road. Yes, there is no one for at least a mile (except the other two houses). Yes, the hot water can be spotty. But you are literally... More

We stayed here summer 2013 in the Tree Nest and we were swept away. Just perfect. We wanted a couples getaway that would keep us out of the hustle and bustle, to see as few other people as possible. This was it. We rented a beater jeep from Jerry's and Jacinto came to meet us and let us follow him... More

Casa Yaboa became part of the most memorable trip we have taken yet. My husband and I visited here last summer to celebrate our one year anniversary. I think about going back often because it was such a relaxing, inviting retreat that doesn't compare to anywhere else I've ever been. We also stayed in Old San Juan and near El... More

We spent 6 nights in San Juan and 4 here..so wish we had done it the other way !!! everything was wonderful !!! from relaxing on the deck to kayaking and exploring the island. the only thing I was disappointed in was the snorkeling , while there are a couple reefs right in the bay but are sadly are mostly... We stayed in the Tree Nest for 6 days while exploring the beautiful Island of Culebra. The tree nest is nestled on a hill, overlooking a bay where we watched an impressive sunset each night. The path to the hut has hermit crabs and lizards all about; this place is truly built to exist within the landscape, not to overpower... More

We came to Culebra for our honeymoon and stayed at Tree Nest in Casa Yaboa. It was exactly the beautiful, simple and secluded get-away we were looking for. It had everything we needed. We cooked many of our own meals in the kitchen and on the grill on the deck. We enjoyed the very quiet private cove, taking the complementary... More

This was such a wonderful guest house that Jacinto has. We stayed in the smallest "Tree Nest" unit. Everything you'd want is right there in this little cabin... a main room with the comfortable bed and enough room to walk around, a small kitchen and bathroom separated by a half wall (not floor-to-ceiling). The deck attached to the bedroom was... More

I'm almost reluctant to write about this wonderful find, instead keeping it a secret, but its owners are so lovely they deserve every success. There are three cottages, small medium and large, all with beautiful views of Mosquito Bay and the surrounding landscape. We stayed in the middle-sized one, Casita Bubi, for two people for a week in March. It... More
