Absolutely beautiful setting with azure water below the balconies; but the colorful sea contrasts with the algae building up in the swimming pool that is only cleaned by adding fresh water every few days. The rooms were spacious and well cleaned; but hot water was non existent and at times water was non existent. Service was good expect for the...

Rooms are clean and neat. Beautiful place! It was a very nice trip because the place was a very nice environment. I am looking forward to go back with our missionaries. Many blessings to all of the good people who work there. I send a bravo to all of you. Rev. Yvans

Spent last week there as part of our Jacmel Mission trip. Rooms are clean, good sleeping, secure, friendly staff, nice pool area and pleasant outdoor dining & meeting areas. Breakfast is best meal of the day. Good coffee!

I recently brought a group of 5 to this hotel as we had some nonprofit project research to do in the Jacmel area. This hotel was reasonably priced and allowed us to put two adults in a room because each room had two queen size beds. The rooms were very clean, the hotel grounds, restaurant, and pool in top shape,...

First off, the hotel is cute and comfy. Tge staff are ok and polite. The rooms a big, and new mattress. But the hotel needs a full coat of paint! Access to the beach is a good walk down in dirty stair, with leaf and branches. The beach is full of garbage locals left there, and it's rocky beach. As...

I think that this is a good hotel for a decent price. Pros: Great location: Away from the hustle and bustle of the main road. 24 hour security Beautiful views of the ocean Great food. Always prepared fresh, very tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: The hotel could use some upgrading. The bathroom in my room was fairly...

The service was almost non-existent. No smiles, not any kind of the most simple English, bad food - especially the breakfast. Almost not worth eating. The only friendly person we met was the guard and a single waiter. In general you didn't feel very welcome.

We loved it, we booked 3 rooms there. The breakfast was amazing and the lady at the front desk was such a sweetheart! She was very kind and went over everything as we checked in. The security guards were also very helpful, we went to a club and our key stop working , front desk was close but the security...

This beautiful hotel, overlooking Jacmel bay, is always a favorite. Party of 20. Great food, great service, nice pool, friendly staff. Love to come here. Some had fish, some had lobster, some had steak. All satisfied. Team also enjoyed the free and fast internet connection.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very attentive to your needs. They have all the standard amenities you would like to enjoy. Their onsite restaurant puts out great food with a Haitian twist. And they have a good breakfast that is included with the room. The coffee is soooo good!!!Make sure to get the fruit punch with cream...

“Try and get a room far away from the generator as it is quite noisy.”

“If staying in Jacmel I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a bit out of the way which makes it less convenient to access but well worth it as it is safer, quieter, and has ocean access. Rooms closer to the lobby are quieter as they are farther from the generator. Wifi is very iffy but that is normal in Jacmel. Breakfast is included and is fine... Coffee, eggs, toast and fruit... Same every day. Staff is very accommodating.”
