My Boyfriend at the time (now husband) travelled to this resort for 1 week. a the time, everything was being renovated pretty much. The resort was still lush and beautiful and I was excited to see the improvements! My husband and I wanted different things out of the vacation so he wasnt too pleased that the resort was almost empty....

We stayed here for 1 week (Dec 31-Jan 7) with our 2 kids ages 5 and 8 and had a very relaxing time! We stayed in room 1736 which had a beautiful view of the grounds and the ocean which was wonderful to wake up to every morning. We booked a double for the four of us and it was...

It's a good hotel since it was the first one build, great pools and the beach. I gave it a four because when you went to the buffet you came out smelling like fish which it's not great. But overall I would go again, the staff treats you great.

This is the first hotel build in Cayo Coco that needs TLC but is being renovated. Food is blend considering that cuban food is very tasty. Beaches are gorgeous and staff do their best with what they have.

It was a really nice stay for us, we loved it. However; the hotel for 4 people was very small and sometimes we got a bad smell from the toilet. The beach was very nice and the non-motorized water sports were very nice. The pool was huge and also nice, but a bit cold. Since I am Canadian that was...

We were at the second floor of Building 20- Very old building which obviously need a lot of renovation. The floor is cracked and mattress not comfortable cause you can feel the wires box. Bathroom: there was hot water but we could not take a shower cause there was no pressure and the commodities was broken. The day after we...

My friend and I stayed at the resort for four days, just before Christmas. The otherwise huge resort was almost empty when we arrived, not that we bothered: more food and drinks for us. Nevertheless, as Christmas approached the hotel was getting busier. As a picky eater (and clean eater) I would say there was good variety of food, fruit,...

Our trip spanned two periods in Cuban history - the last few days of Fidel's trip to his final resting place and... just a day and a half... after. It was an interesting time to be in Cuba. During our previous trips we got used to the vibrant entertainment and lively music permeating the resorts. Well, not this time.... Colonial...

Friendly and caring staff members. The room was very clean, everything was in working condition (Shower, toilet, air conditioner, lights, TV hair dryer, safe).
