Third time in this hotel. We love it. Room 466 was very good. Renovated. Friendly staff, excellent food. Beach a little changed, but still ok. Best for children. This time I paid high price, but it was possible to have much less if chose a Cuban air lines (Friday). Next year we will go again in this place. Forecast showed... More

After reading the reviews we were so worried about staying at this resort. we can say we had a fantastic week. The rooms very dated but kept very clean. Staff are lovely especially the ground staff who work so hard . Best bit the beach without doubt a little piece of paradise. Yes we would return to Cayo Coco but... More

When you travel to Cuba, you usually get excellent package deals, all of which include full-board and open bar (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). You won t find such deals anywhere else in the Carribean. I enjoyed the evening entertainment at this hotel. Nothing fancy about the rooms, but clean. The food was awful. They are doing their best but they still... More

I have been to this resort 3 times so felt that I knew what to expect. How wrong! The last time I went was 6 years ago; before our recent trip in September this year. 6 years ago the place was dangerous and dated but I did not expect time to stand still for the whole time. Apparently the hotel... More

Stayed at the Tryp in June for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it! The hotel is looking a bit weathered but what do you expect for its age! We went there with low expectations. We weren't disappointed. The staff were lovely. Wide selection of good food. The room was clean. The swimming pools were clean ..but most of all the... More

We've just got back from the hotel Tryp CAYO Coco, Horrendous!! Plug sockets hanging off the walls, food restaurants closed, food repetitive, toilets not flushing sufficiently enough, damp rooms & damp clothes every morning, air con hardly working, some rude staff, lack of Health & Safety standards, visited by crabs, frogs & lizzards in our room every day. Rep told us Thomas... More

What a waste! Lovely location with a delightful beach unfortunately with a hotel that's poorly managed, run down and dangerous in places. Our weeks stay could not end quickly enough. Having the majority of 3 days without running water and air conditioning which unsurprisingly was poorly handled made the stay unbearable. All specialty restaurants except the international (which was food... More

The Hotel is very nice, just need more maintenance to look better, the rooms needs attention and all the place needs to be paint to give life to the place. Despite of this the hotel is very clean and the service is good. The food was very good and the beach is the best!!! It was a very nice vacation
