Harbour Light Inn was a great B&B, definitely full of Newfoundland hospitality. The room was great with a nice view looking over the harbour. Our room also had a Jacuzzi tub. The location is right on the main road and only a few minutes to town. The breakfast was good but could have used some protein (meat) with the eggs.... More

We stayed at the Harbour Light Inn while visiting Twilllingate. The Inn is conveniently situated right on the main road. So can easily walk to any local attractions. We stayed on the 3rd floor of the inn and it was quite a trek to get luggage up to that floor. However, once there it was lovely and clean. Breakfast is... More

We had a small room at the top but it had really nice views over the bay, including of the big iceberg sitting in the bay at the time of our visit! Breakfast was very good and the heritage building itself is pretty and interesting. Staff are very friendly.

We were only here for one night but it was enjoyable. We spent some time reading and visiting in the sitting room, which was cozy on a nasty night. We were leaving before the designated breakfast time but Melinda kindly had coffee, muffins and toast our for us and offered to cook eggs for us if we wished. Really nice... More

This is a very old heritage home. We stayed in a room with two twin beds. The room was very clean (even when I moved a bed looking for a plug). The bedding was lovely and fresh. The room had a ceiling fan, which was helpful because we found the room very hot and it was impossible to open the... More

Beautiful well maintained heritage home right in the heart of downtown Twillingate. Melinda, our hostess was very accommodating and served a delicious breakfast of eggs any style along with cereals, toast, juice and fruit. Our room overlooked the harbour. We could walk to the boat tour from this location. Would stay here again if we returned.

A warm welcome by Melinda. Nice room, but could have done without the jacuzzi in the room. Good hot water for the shower and nice breakfast. Conveniently located and no problems parking. There is extra parking directly across the road.

We had a great time at this place. The owners are very friendly and forthcoming. The room was easily big enough for 3 people - we even had a bathtub right in the room! After enjoying the great breakfast exploring the area was so much more fun!

I gave this B and B a five star because it was everything you need for a two night stay. I guess some people expect Hilton standards in a scenic fishing village B and B. The owners are great as well as the staff and they all have that great Newfoundland sense of humour. Breakfast was excellent, nice surprise to... More
