Spent a couple of nights in Twillingate at the Anchor Inn Hotel. We had a room in the back overlooking the small parking lot - it was comfy and most importantly, quiet. I have a PHEV and they allowed me to park next to the building and plug in my vehicle - thanks for supporting new technologies! We had dinner...

Felt like I had gone back 40 years when I walked in room. Very old fashioned but not nice old fashioned. Our room Room 5 was next to pub, very noisy and noises from people coming in from reception or restaurant. Didn't like it at all, sorry. Restaurant adjoining, quite expensive and food okay. Only hotel in Twillingate I think.

We stayed in the motel section of this place for two nights in August and I had booked our reservations about six months in advance. They put us in room 8 which is right next to the walkway and main door for everyone in the motel area to the parking area. The first night of our stay they were full....

For a small inn, the rooms are really lovely and the view of the harbour is beautiful. The rooms are large and comfortable with hardwood floors and a decently comfortable bed. There is a restaurant, pub and a coffee shop attached. The restaurant food is great and they make a very nice latte in the coffee shop. Would definitely recommend...

Very disappointed with this selection but you are limited in Twillingate. While the room was a good size the decor was dated and the window DID NOT open. I expected so much better from the restaurant and it did not deliver for the price. No charm.

We regret reading about your disappointment on Tripadvisor. If we had an opportunity to have a chat, we would gladly have made recommendations for ways to enhance your stay - a boat, winery or museum tour; a coastal hike; a visit to our lighthouse, to name a few. We have charming places to have coffee, including our own Blue Barrel...

We have a big family reunion in twillingate this August, the anchor inn were so accommodating. They brought up more gas for the BBQ at a moments notice & let us have the run of the place! So friendly. Apartment was clean and had all the necessary kitchen equipment to make meals. Thanks for a great stay.

This is a comfortable spot in Twillingate. Seemed a little cheap when it came to finishings and furnishings. The view from our room was not the best but I guess all the great views were already booked before ours! All in all it was an ok spot to lay our heads.

I booked The Anchor Inn from TripAdvisor reviews. Booked a one bedroom water view suite which was located in a separate building. The room was on the second floor, no elevator so be aware. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable with great pillows. The windows opened and that cooled of the room at night. Two suggestions: more hooks...

Last week, my husband and I traveled to Twillingate (which is in itself wonderful); stayed a Kelsi's Inn and had a wonderful evening and meal at Georgi's Dining Room at the Anchor Inn Hotel. The view is amazing from every seat...but we were lucky to be by the window overlooking the harbour as the sun set on a beautiful evening....
