We were attending a local event in the town over a weekend and were booked in for three nights. The rooms were well equipped and kept very clean. Restaurant and bar provide for all our needs and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Not being big breakfast eaters the continental breakfast included in the price was more than adequate.... On our way from Dover to South Wales, we chose to stay in this hotel for one night of rest. Close to the motorway but far enough to be so quiet, this hotel was a really good choice. Nice welcoming, good pub and restaurant, confortable room, this stop was restful. English breakfast in the morning and free buffet. A good... More

Small room, easy to park in their car park just gave registration number otherwise it's pay & display. Booked in at pub attached, in fairness it was a day where temperatures reached 35 degrees, fan in the room which was broken but the manager found me another one & was very helpful. Small bathroom but adequate (shower) I ate in... More

This is a more old fashioned type of budget hotel compared to Premier Inn but I was very pleasantly surprised. My room was small but comfortable, clean and tidy with all the normal mod-cons i.e. flat screen tv, tea making facilities, free wi-fi. Continental Breakfast, which was included in the price was very comprehensive. The Wheatsheaf pub, to which the... More

Staying in the SE on a charity budget is not easy, and I was not expecting a lot from Innkeepers Lodge but I was very pleasantly surprised and proved wrong. Welcoming people behind the bar, room that was quieter and bigger and better equipped than I was expecting and fresh pub grub at a good price and of good quality.... More

We stayed at this hotel under less than positive circumstances (attending a family funeral) and every member of staff we encountered could not have been more welcoming and friendly, making sure we were looked after and responding positively to our requests. My very first interaction with someone at the hotel was whilst sat at Glasgow Airport having had a flight... More

We stayed here on three separate occasions on this holiday. We were looked after extremely well. The staff were friendly and made us feel very much at home. We requested a lower level room for my husbands health reasons and on each occasion this was retained for us. The room had tea/coffee facilities and the room was cleaned daily and... More

Our room was on the ground floor and though not a designated disabled access room was still suitable for my needs with plenty of room to move around with my walker. It was clean and pleasant with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and made guests feel welcome.

Hotel & bar staff all very friendly and helpful. The pub area was clean and cosy, we ate here both evenings during our stay and we were both impressed with the quality and amount of food for the price, really reasonable! Our room was very clean, although just a little rough around the edges. Mirror had a crack in a... More

Great location for Woking, good food in the pub and also nearby. Our room (305) was rather warm and the thick duvet didn't help but overall a great place with friendly helpful staff. Small amount of on site parking.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
If you're looking for a hotel in Woking with a great central location, this comfy 34-bedroom lodge is perfect. Just a short walk from Woking station, it's an ideal base whether you're sightseeing in Surrey or attending the H.G. Wells Conference and Event Centre for business.Whatever your travel plans, it's nice to know that there's a cosy real-ale pub* right next door, where you can put your feet up with a pint of expertly kept cask-ale and some traditional, seasonally inspired food.Woking is a bustling town close to Horsell, Chobham and Sheerwater. Nestled in the heart of leafy Surrey, it was a favourite country residence of the Tudors, although certainly for science-fiction fans it's most famous for the "Martians invasion" in H.G. Wells' War of the Worlds.Nearby you can explore two majestic 18th century mansions, Clandon Park and Hatchlands Park, inspect the vintage cars and planes at the Brooklands Museum or take the family to Chessington World of Adventure. ... more   less
