On the way from the tunnel to Reigate this was a welcome stop. There seems to be a long walk however from the car park to the main building which is clean and easy or negotiate. Hot chocolate from Costa was excellent which we drank outside in the sun. All amenities were first rate and there is a hotel on...

The people at daysinn lacked communication and were told about me coming later yet on arrival couldn't help me, except for me having to have to pay for seperate accomodation of £80. Just not good enough.

We stayed here for two nights while we went to see Hever Castle - the hotel itself is very basic. It's simple, but the rooms are clean and really, what else could you want. The beds were a touch hard for my liking, but everyone is different in their preferences. The room itself was pretty large with a couch as...

Staff are friendly and rooms are clean BUT have been kept awake all night by refrigerated truck in car park (presumably it shouldn't be there), and I do mean all night as it's still there at 8.00am. The WiFi is supposed to be free but has been intermittent at best in my room so am forced to sit in reception...

We found ourselves unexpectedly 'stranded' after a three-week stay in the Weald of Kent, and we were fortunate to find this pet-friendly hotel at very short notice. We were warmly welcomed and given a room on the ground floor which was spacious enough to accommodate a comfy sofa as well as a double bed. The restaurant facilities are part of...

After driving from Falmouth in Cornwall we were ready for a stopover to recharge the batteries. This hotel is basic but has all you need to rest and refresh ready for the next day. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms clean with comfy bed. Popped into services following morning to shop for a couple of things. Good parking.
