No air con so really, really hot! 26.5 in the morning even with the fan on full all night! £109 for a baking hot room not including breakfast is a bit pricey! Also no lift so if you have mobility problems as I do then ask for a ground floor room. Its a very small Premier Inn so facilities not... More

The rooms have everything you could need for a one night stay and they are finished to a high standard . The bathrooms are lovely and have a bath and a shower . The rooms décor was lovely . My only problem was the bed .I was really looking forward to my sleep after seeing the countless adverts with regards... More

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was a bit small similar to a cardboard box. Convenient location. Ample parking and Toby Carvery next door for breakfast and dinner made it an ideal location. Transport links are ideal as A12 is the approach road into

Hotel is standard... Clean, quiet, u get what you pay for. The reason I give it 5 stars is the night manager (if he's not he should be!) - Dev. We were a big group and he helped us with everything, including where to go in the area and how to get there. Top marks to Dev!

I think his names 'Dev', he gave us all the information we needed! Gave us tips on where to go in London, also told us the cheaper way to travel into the city! Although we was not happy about the air con, we remember this great customer service!! ......

What a shame. A well presented and clean hotel but heating issues in rooms and poorly supported by Toby Carvery. Room temperatures were 27.5 C so poor nights sleep. Carvery closed on first morning due to "issues" so no breakfast!!!! Room could be so lovely as well planned, clean and lovely bed.

Lenny Henry is right the beds are soo comfortable with lovely clean linen. The shower was very powerful & hot! The only thing I would have a grumble at is that the... More

I have just spent 4 nights here on this busy interchange, having a very good nights sleep each night, feeling very secure with lovely night and day staff who offered to help with bags and who were so genuinely interested in us and our stay. I would recommend this Premier Inn. Rooms overlooking the car park are quieter, if you... More

All the usual Premier Inn traits. Easy to find, plenty of well lit car parking, hassle free check in, a clean room and comfy bed. Food next door is a Toby and is pretty tired. Stayed here before and the trick is to have an odd number room as it overlooks the car park and is quieter.
