Nice food but that where it ends. Room was so small in the basement. My car was damaged by a fool in a van. Car park covered by cctv but no video sent to me. No real effort. Don't stay if your car is nice.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I am very glad that you enjoyed our Italian Restaurant and I am really sorry about what happened to your car. As soon as you asked me to check the CCTV camera in the evening I did it, it took quite a bit of time that night as I had t go through... More

So many stairs, they were rickety, the first set has a loose banister, the last set had no banister it all felt unsafe. The breakfast was OK, I had an evening meal there and that was good, the staff were professional and courteous. The room was tiny, it was very difficult to use the toilet as there was a wall... Stopped over for one night. £74 for a standard double with brekkie. The welcome I received from the team was second to none, they were absolutely lovely. Room (number 6) was a reasonable size, ensuite was really lovely and spectacularly clean - with great loo roll (anyone familiar with my reviews will know cheap loo roll is a pet hate... More

This is a great little hotel. Some rooms are quite small. I asked to move to a bigger one which cost a few quid more. Perfectly nice. Great size bed. Quiet. The restaurant is excellent. Italian food. The dishes were very good. Well presented and good value. A great hotel.

What a pleasant surprise. The property looks a tad tired from the road, but the reception was welcoming, and the room was fab! I've stayed in lots of Hotels and B&Bs - but this room looked virtually new and was very clean. The bathroom was clean and fresh - no room to hang the loo roll though?? All well lit... More

Stayed in this hotel over Easter and all I can say is WOW. The staff were very welcoming as I arrived and showed me to my room as there is rather a lot of them. As I opened the door I saw clean sheets on a freshly made double bed, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a flat... More

We were greeted kindly by staff on arrival and arrangements had been made to park our long wheel base van (in Romford, this was very useful!) int he front yard. The rooms are more than basic and very warm, there was a big screen tv, water pressure was good and the breakfast was so nice. All the staff were really... More

Just had a great stay at this hotel. Received a very warm welcome from Anna. All staff and the owners at this hotel really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent and I noticed that most diners were people coming in from outside and not hotel residents which I... More
