My boyfriend, a friend of ours and I, decided to spend a weekend out few weeks ago. We drove to Bath first and the following day to Bristol. We needed to find a place to spend the night: We had no clue, but after having seen some pics we decided to book the Meadow Cottage. As soon as we arrived,...

Great little secluded cottage near the airport. 17th Century, dripping with history and cosy room with everything you need. Huge self service kitchen, we made hot chocolate when we arrived then breakfast in the morning. Only negative is it can be a little noisy as others arrived during the evening. It's a very old building so not much sound insulation....

Good place to stay if you're looking for somewhere near the airport which is a couple of miles drive away. The 17th century cottage is very cosy and full of character. Our bedroom (and all others I believe) have been renovated recently and have modern ensuite bathrooms with shower. Plan your route carefully as our satnav took us to the...

The cottage was beautiful and the room was fantastic. The views were amazing and the bed was really comfortable. The kitchen was immaculate with a great selection of food available. The airport was only minutes away so perfect for the start of our holiday. We will definitely stay again

Have stayed there twice, once to attend family do nearby, impressed so booked to stay pre holiday. Room 2 no frills small but perfectly adequate. Room 13...

No dinner, no wifi, no service. If you are on business do not come here. If you are on holidays, then perfect place to spend few days. Breakfast selfservice, but there is not match to do. Toast, coffee and not fruit juices to choose. You are taller than 1,83 meters you will have some problems on the bed and bathroom.

We were greeted by barking dogs, just barking, barking and barking - sooooo annoying and extremely intimidating too. It didn't get better - the room was not very clean - someone else's receipts under the bed and cobwebs everywhere...and I mean COBWEBS, huge great things hanging from the ceiling, under the bed - just everywhere!!! The noise from the chemical...

..unusual place as it caters a lot for the travelers who use the airport..this means a whole kitchen with food and a help yourself situation - this actually is brilliant as we were not going by plane but were struggling with timekeeping due to the nature of our journey..while our room was quite small it was clean and adequate..the food,...
