Booked a twin room. Arrived to find a double!? Embarrassing, awkward and not resolved at all for the first night's stay, even though the double bed was promised to be converted to twins by receptionist on duty.

We booked here as we were watching a show in Bristol. There was a very close bus stop at the Sainsburys opposite so we got a group ticket for £13 bargain! We had such a relaxing stay in the worlds most comfortable beds!

New towels and a towel for each person and more coffee and teas, paint work needs redoing. But overall very good and friendly and good breakfast but dinner could have been better and carpets in dinning room could be cleaned more

This is the second time we've stayed in this particular hotel. As is normal with Premier Inn the room is very comfortable and clean. The staff are all very friendly and couldn't do more to help. We were in what I assume is the older part of the hotel and if I had to comment on anything in my stay...

Very clean and comfortable room with good facilities. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. Didn't eat in attached dining as menu was not for us. Very nice beakfast at Sainsburys nearby. Would definitely recommend staying here and free parking is a bonus.

I chose to break my journey from Halifax to Penzance with an overnight stop in this Premier Inn (£29 as booked well in advance). As usual with Premier Inns I was not disappointed. Easy to find and located next to a Brewers Fayre with a large Tesco store and petrol station across the road. Free parking. Pleasant staff. Nice room....

We wanted to spend a few days in Portishead and decided to stay at the Premier Inn just a few minutes walk from the Marina. The front desk staff were very welcoming offering ideas about local restaurants and sightseeing. Our room, in the new part of the hotel, was quiet, comfortable and warm and the on-site Brewers Fayre restaurant was...

I use this hotel frequently, the staff are always very helpful and friendly and always willing to go the 'extra mile' to ensure a pleasant visit. The associated restaurant (Brewers Fayre) maintains a good standard of food and hospitality. The Hotel is ideally located for the M5 Southwest corridor. Recommended.
