Booked this hotel because of a 6:30 flight to Venice for a P&O cruise. On arrival check in was quick and efficient. Gave car details as leaving it at the hotel and booked transport to the airport for the next morning. Plenty of space in the long stay car park and only a short walk. We had booked a twin... More

Firstly the staff were lovely no complaints. Arrived late at the hotel due to a delayed flight. Air conditioning didn't work so had to have the very dirty windows open, so noisy outside. Remote didn't work for the TV. Was awoken at 4am assuming the next door neighbours had an early flight no consideration for those who didn't need to... More

My wife and I have stayed regularly at this hotel for more than 20 years, first as The Moat House, then Holiday Inn and now part of the Britannia Hotels Group. There was no telephone in the room, explained when I reported it to reception as "someone must have taken it" but with no offer to provide one, the bathroom... More

Stayed here before departing for holiday with my family. We had to drag 4 cases up 2 flights of stairs as there is no lifts to the family rooms. The rooms were dirty and tired. There was pubic hair in several places in the bathroom. The walls are paper thin and was woken up by the room next to us... More

The hotel looks OK from outside as it does when you walk in to reception and the bar area but the rooms are tired looking and in need of a refurbishment. We booked a triple room as we are a family of three and when we goto our room it was three single beds but we asked at reception if... More

Stayed here as we were having a conference at the venue and decided it would be advantageous to stay here the night after. Not good for value is the best description. Firstly on arrival a team of 2 on reception were unable to direct us to the conference we were attending despite there only being one big room on that... More

We stayed at the airport inn upon our return to the UK. Arriving at early hours in the morning meant that we were tired and wanted to get straight to our room. The man on reception was friendly and got us checked in quickly and directed us to our room efficiently and made it clear that he was there for... More

We stayed here the night before our holiday. We had booked a room with an extra bed for my son. The bed was a very old uncomfortable bed settee. It was that bad we ended up putting the mattress on the floor. The room was also difficult to access with no lift access. Not easy with 2 weeks luggage! On... More

Ok so the check in was fine. Room 105 first floor just popped our luggage in and went for dinner! The waitress spilt red wine all over us completely ruining my brand new top and staining my husbands jeans. The duty manager became involved and offered us a bottle of wine or a free sweet, both were declined and we... More
