It seems most of the bad reviews are getting quite old. The more recent reviews are more positive. I was alone in London looking for permanent accommodation, so needed a bed for a week: basic necessities, that was all. I took the cheapest room. Single bed, shared bathroom. The room was 2 single beds wide, 1.5 beds long - with...

1. Parking is a joke! 2. Smell of smoke in corridor and room (was there a smoking ban in business buildings?) 3. Rude staff (VERY!!!!! Unhelpful!) I don't usually leave reviews, so for me to go through the hassle of going through all the effort to download the app and sit and write through means I REALLY want to advise...

Hotel is absolutely disgusting. Woke up several times to mice in the rooms, full of people who are homeless. Showers don't work properly sometimes get a decent one that trickles out warm water. Mould, broken beds, mice, horrible smells from sinks, Broken toilet seats....what more do you want in a hotel ?

This was not my original choice but having been let down badly after weeks of me thinking everything was organised in advance this hotel stepped up big time. They saved me from some awkward situation which could have ruined my stay in London for an important course I was doing. Not only were they friendly and accomodating but the breakfast...

My time at this hotel was terrible having been told there was no space and then being moved down the road to accommodate me, the rooms were very smelly and very loud surroundings leaving me unable to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

I was looking for a travel lodge and got sick of driving round and this place promised "Luxury rooms" it looked fine from outside and so did the reception area so we booked in. I dont even know where to start with the room...Small is an understatement, stuffy, scruffy d.i.y. dirty cups. dirty shower, took the cover of the duvet...

I needed somewhere on the outskirts of London to stay for one night without the outrageous costs of the usual Lenny Henry style hotels. Something simple, inexpensive and with easy access would be fine. I mean, one night can't be too much even if the hotel wasn't Lenny Henry, can it? Wrong. Big time. I arrived and parked pretty easily...

We had two rooms - a triple and a twin one. The former was excellent (spacious, clean etc) while the latter was dark, poorly furnished and definitely needed refurbishment. Some of the staff (but unfortunately not all) were really helpful during our stay. Good breakfasts and comfy beds certainly in favour.

I booked two rooms provisionally through Expedia. I was clearly told when my no fee, free cancelation period ended. One day before that period I visited the hotel with friends who had a reservation. The rooms stank of Cannabis, they were filthy, stained dirty, falling apart and the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. On seeing this for myself I...
