The staff at hotel were superb, couldn't do enough for us. Visited the restaurant for dinner to be told there were no tables for half an hour. Discussed maybe going else where and then asked them about the bar area as it looked empty, they then said "oh yeah you can eat in there if you want" We then ordered...

Premier Inn and staff was very good, but the attached Beefeater could only be described as useless, we arrived for a meal at 19.30 (3 adults and a tired 4 1/2 year old) only to be told the restaurant was not taking any more bookings because it was very busy (half the tables were empty) but after some discussion were...

The location of the hotel was very good as you have a tube station across the road, bus links and parking too. There is a supermarket across the road for all your food, water and other needs and there is a connected Pub restaurant too. Room I was in was very big (for 3 persons) as there was plenty of...

Clean friendly hotel, great location for London at a reasonable price. Tube station only a two min walk away, good nights sleep never heard any noise from the local trains. Only minor complaint would be the bathroom could do with an update. Will use again

I use Premier Inns regularly for work and never really had a major issue. This particular hotel in Kenton is nearly always my base when working in London. I can park my car there all week and not have to pay a penny extra! The Hotel is right next to the mainline, and some rooms are affected by it, but...

Stayed for one night, paid £93. Next day breakfast additional £8.95. I arrived at 8 am and the 'hot' food looked overcooked and dishevelled, but it was all cold. Complained and got shrug of shoulders.

Our hotel room was very clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It is ideally situated for access to Wembley or London, being 100m from Kenton station. There is also a Sainsbury's opposite which is useful for things you may have forgotten or snacks. The Beefeater pub adjacent to the hotel is nice and friendly, although the bar...

.............as long as you don't mind a half hour tube journey. We have stayed here before, about 12 years ago, for the same reason, a short break in London. Not only is it reasonably priced, but parking is included in the price. The staff are excellent, as they are at most Premier Inns, it must be said, and you know...

After staying in Wandsworth premier inn I was disappointed. The room was nice but the bathroom suite was shabby. The staff were fab as always. The building itself was dated and noisy from trains passing. Its across the road from the train station which is perfect for transport but not for sleeping.

Stayed here a number of times now and staff are always friendly and helpful and the place is well kept and clean. It's very handy for links into central London with the tube at Kenton just over the road and 5 minutes away.
