Agree with the most recent review. Anna was very friendly and welcoming. It was nice after a long drive to be greeted so nicely. Anna even held my 3 year old daughters hand and showed her the room as my daughter was tired and upset after the journey. Our room was a family room on the top floor. It was...

I booked this on booking.com as my mum Was in the Royal Orthapedic Hospital and I needed a base for the night that was quite close, my god what an awful place, worst place I've ever stayed in! So depressing and gloomy I would not call this a hotel at all it was just a couple of houses stuck together...

Terrible visit. I arrived at 10:30pm on a Friday night to find that the manager had given away my room booking. I had en email exchange with him, in which I said I wanted a room and he replied “Booking confirmed, ref h208”. I thought this was a room number. In fact it meant that I had to confirm and...

On arrival we were welcomed very nicely and made to feel at home immediately. The room was quite small but as the title suggests it suited what we needed. The only gripes I...

We needed easy access (by car) to Pinner and Edgware and this hotel popped up on our searches. The room - a double - was not big but the furniture was thoughtfully arranged so that everything was there but not in the way. Proper wardrobe, desk, two bed-side tables with drawers, hair drier and en suite shower room. The room...

It was the worst booking i made through booking.com. I can write a lot about the bad experience I had with the manager at the reception. It would be easier to write all in bullets. * Two attached houses so called a hotel. If i had seen a picture before hand I wouldn't bother to book. * Waited over 5...

Stayed here for one night so we could attend a concert at Wembley. Very straightforward and quick to find from the tube station. It is in a nice quiet location. The twin room had plenty of space, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a good location for shops and...
