Room although small was spotless and warm. Location isn't the best but the area does seem to be on the up. Breakfast took a long time to come approx 30 mins, also the dinning room felt cold. It took a while on Saturday night to get to sleep. Sadly it was noisy from either their own bar or the bar... More

We hired a room for a wake. The catering was lovely, the staff very helpful and the cost very reasonable. The management were very sympathetic to our needs and flexible in their approach. Would definitely recommend.

I have checked in in the evening, just before closing the bar. Despite of that fact the staff was very nice and friendly and I had a great evening. The room was small, but very cosy with nice view to the docks. Only disadvantage I've noticed was the dirty toilet. I would stay in that hotel again.

Took 3 friends for a birthday meal. I am aware of the historical importance of this hotel and was keen to see it. I knew a couple of people who had eaten lunch there and said it was good, but didn't know anyone who had eaten an evening meal. when we got there the receptionist took us to our table,... More

We were recommended this hotel by a family member who had stayed before. Came to Goole for a family wedding and we were not disappointed. The hotel, when you find it at the end of a not very attractive street is something of a revelation. The entrance is welcoming, the young lady on reception was friendly, helpful and efficient. We... One night here and walking to it from the station I wondered where I was going! The building is very nice and the staff are very welcoming. Someone has spent some money on this place and the restaurant is actually really good, a limited menu but very good food. The room is small but well appointed.

This is a refurbished friendly, dockside hotel. The location of this hotel is very convenient for the Parish Church and town. Plenty of free on street parking. We had a very large comfortable ensuite 2nd floor room. It had a very comfy bed, pillows and excellent thick blackout and soundproofing curtains. All other conveniences supplied and a seating area.
