Having planned a romantic trip to London, and stumbling across this beautiful Manor House hotel, we were looking forward to our stay. The hotel grounds and decor were indeed very beautiful and all in Laura Ashley design. However the let down I'm afraid was the bed. We booked a double room, and to find that the mattresses was in fact... More

We booked a 1 night stay as a last min let's get away together and just spend some time together. We were greeted and checked in swiftly and promptly. Room was clean and as I imagined decorated warm and cosy. We ordered room service and drinks to our room. We cant fault any part of the hotel or service. We... More

Staff really friendly and helpful and did not let on about the birthday surprise. As a large group we were given our own room for dinner and breakfast. The food was delicious and nothing too much trouble at any point in our stay. A perfect location for a celebration or special event. Thank you.

Had an afternoon tea in a private room for about 25 of us. The service was good throughout the sitting. They filled up the pots a couple of times. The sandwiches were ok and the scones were good. However was a little disappointed in the selection of cakes, could have been a wider variety especially for the price of £23... More

From the moment we contacted The Manor I could not fault the customer care from all the staff I dealt with. Arranging a family get together with an age range from late 70s to 1 takes some doing but we had a super weekend, nothing was too much trouble. With special thanks to Gabriel who looked after us so well... More

Exceptional staff made the afternoon perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, the sandwiches were more than filling and the Prosecco flowed. A perfect venue for some relaxation and indulgence. A stunning Manor House that more than delivers.

We joined friends for lunch in the AA Rosette restaurant, and were not disappointed. The food was lovely and the ambience very relaxed. After a spot of filming at the local studios, we then returned for a well earned nightcap, then retired to our lovely room for a well earned and peaceful nights sleep. Breakfast was pleasant, and the staff... More

Arranged afternoon tea with a group of ladies. Brilliant setting. We're in a separate room to main restaurant. Unfortunately there was no atmosphere. Brought tea or coffee by two young men, but no choice of tea given. Eventually they brought cake plates of sandwiches, scones and small cakes.Food was good, and plenty of refills of drinks. Just felt disappointed.
