We had a lovely stay with Robin and Erica. The accommodation was warm, comfortable and spacious. Plenty of choices of hot drinks and fresh milk. The cooked breakfast was the best! Make sure you buy some of Erica's home made preserves as they are delicious. Close to a few pubs, we particularly liked the Fighting Cocks, where they served great...

What a fantastic find, a B&B with your own door to your own room with your own shower / bath and toilet! We had to cut our stay short but we were made to feel incredibly welcome and at home, the house is off the beaten track and surrounded by the most wonderful poplar lined driveway that is worth the...

We spent 5 nights in pond cottage and had a great time. The cottage is comfortable, well appointed and has all of the things you need as a family. The garden and grounds of blandings (next door) are beautiful and Robin and Erica (the owners) were friendly and welcoming. Location-wise, it's right in the centre of the island so you'll...

We recently visited the IoW and enjoyed a wonderful stay at Blandings with the lovely hosts Robin and Erica who were very approachable and friendly. They gave us lots of excellent tips for what to do and see and helped us enjoy our stay. The location is ideal with beautiful surroundings and very centrally located for exploring. We also took...

Wow, what a lovely cottage! Waking up to the sound of birds singing, fresh air, lots of bunnies running around (a pest for the garden flowers but for me it was a lovely sight to see when they sit up chewing away), amazing red squirrels, ducks, crows, you name it. Robin and Erica are very hospitable and made our stay...

My friend Clair and I stayed for 3 nights in Pond Cottage over the bank holiday weekend at beginning of May whilst we were doing the Isle of Wight Challenge. Blandings is excellently situated to tour the whole Island, the cottage is beautifully furnished with everything you could need and the area around is just fabulous. Surrounded by a pond...

Something a little out of the ordinary. This delightfully located B & B is almost a home from home. The bedroom we stayed in was clean and well appointed with every type of tea one could imagine, various types of coffee and a full biscuit barrel. The en suite was fine with a good "in bath" shower and hot water....

What a wonderful find. Erica and Robin are charming hosts and this is a beautiful idyllic B&B. We booked quite late on an impromptu trip last weekend through laterooms. It is situated amongst four houses up toward the end of the collection of houses and barns. You have your own seperate entrance through the charming garden. Breakfast is an utter...
