The picture shows an romantic setting with castle. The rooms are in a sidebuilding. Not according the setting. Dated room with poor bathroom facilities and sphereless and price quality poor. Not to go there again.

We stayed just one night for a wedding in the neighborhood. We had a nice stay, good bed, tasteful breakfast although euro 16 per person is quite an amount for breakfast. Oegsgeest itself is nothing special: its surroundings (Leiden, beach etc|) make it a comfortable stay "in between".

a pity about the modern hitel which hasbeen built onto the stableblock, itciuls have been done in mire style. antiqyes and old furnishings would have been perfect fir mirroring thecastle where reception rooms are for hire and sometimes dinner can be eaten

We stayed one night in this hotel and it was as a hotel should be more. The actual hotel is not in the castle but in the "motel like" side houses (stables). The rooms where not too big but it served its purpose. The pillows where big but that is not necessarily a bad thing. What was not good is...

Nice place for diner and good breakfast in the morning. Rooms are not big but comfortable in a quiet park. For sure in the summer nice place for a walk and also a place for taking a walk. Also for kids.

A very cosy hotel with excellent ambience in the midst of wooded surroundings. The reception was very friendly and ready to assist . Even the parking was not a problem while an additional temporary area was made available at short notice.

Misleading description. There are no hotel rooms in the kasteel or the coach house, instead the rooms are in a 1980's annexe, full of bricks and cheap furnishings. Our room had a view of a hedge. The description also says" top hit with families" There are no family rooms and you are forced to pay for 2 rooms because none...

located quiet in the park of Kasteel Landgoed Oud-Poelgeest,The hotel and restaurant in the premices. Average comfort. We had to wait very long untill the ordered dinner was served. Because of parking cars: You need rooms at the 1. floor
