The hotel was fairly basic, but was clean and good value. It was ideally situated for the Efteling theme park which was the reason for our trip. Staff were helpful and spoke English which is handy as I guess not many English people speak Dutch ! Breakfast was €9 but was a little limited. The food in the restaurant for... More

Absolutely nice place to visit, the staff was so kind and the rooms are great too. They have a nice restaurant where the breakfast was awesome! Very recommanded! The town is pleasent and quite, also the hotel is at a great side of it. Free big parking place. You should try this one!

Near to the small town centre......5 minutes walk. Throughout the hotel there is art work by Josien Broeren born in Brabant and is vety colourful, often large and for sale! The hotel is spacious and our room overlooked the car park and was very clean and tidy with tv, toiletries, tea and coffee items. Double room was two singles together......but... More

Standard rooms are small but clean. No airconditioning but free parking away from the street. Efteling very close (10min by car or bus). Nice restaurant and breakfast area but otherwise no special features. Staff were friendly. Lobby could use an update and the paintings in the halls are dreadful...

My husband stayed there in march and he left an item of clothing in the room, I rang and asked to the staff and they said they still had it, they posted it for me at no charge, they couldn't have been more helpful, they done everything they could to help. My husband said they were so helpful while he... More

Excellent food, excellent restaurant, staff very polite and helpful even tho they didn't speak much English. Waalwijk is not a city to visit as everything closes at 5pm and there is nothing opened after that. Den Bosh is a nice city within 25 min by bus and has plenty of shops and souvenirs

Nice little place to stay with a very good restaraunt called Aubergene? The pillows and bed were not great but I was very pleased with everything else. Very close walk to shopping in Waalwijk. This was a buisness trip and it was much cheaper than the hotel NH.

The hotel and rooms are clean and homely. Staff was also friendly. I was just a bit irritated how noisy it was in the evening. The insulation of the room was rather insufficient. I guess it's also up to the guests to be a bit more quiet in the evening. But the bad combination of the two during the evening... More

Lovely atmosphere on arrival, very helpful and pleasant reception staff. Rooms are basic, but perfectly adequate for an overnight/short stay. Would recommend to go to breakfast early, as disappointingly, once a particular 'dish' is gone, there is no replacement brought out, as I was informed by a waitress after enquiring about more bacon (this was only at 9.30am, of a... This is not really a business hotel as it was recommended for me. Waking up in the morning to church bells is not really my thing. Lack of AC. Additionally quite boring area... As a positive I can add bar and restaurant. Quite decent food and good breakfast... Everything in decent prices.
