Amazing hotel we always want to come back. The only thing: please tell couples this is a family hotel and that kids are the part of the trip too.
People expecting silence and no kids around should find some other alternative in the area.
I suggest perhaps some more activities and a person watching the kids for an hour at the playroom? That would be nice for the parents to enjoy a massage or so.
Best wishes!

Under the leadership of Reka, the Brenscino continues to improve. The light layer of dust from the union era has been blown away, and the large hotel with its stunning panoramic view of Lake Maggiore has been refreshed and brought into line with the times, from the newly furnished and decorated dining room with terrace to the menu. The guest structure has changed; during our stay, senior citizens and families with children were almost on the same level at times. Fortunately, the large tropical park and the beautiful pool have been preserved. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are mostly rather small, which was compensated for by the spacious balcony for us. The hotel is on the digital track - so far, it's OK, but the flood of QR codes could be reduced without causing any damage.

We have been traveling since May 2014 - more or less regularly to Ticino, the Hotel Brenscino. Things have changed since 10 years - for the better. The rooms were refreshed, new more modern furniture and accessories brought. The staff, has been there (partially) for over 10 years and satisfied; all the employees are set up, cheerful and helpful. Even when helping with the new Virtual Concierge friendly and helpful. The rooms and all rooms are always kept very clean. The highlight is the swimming pool with the magnificent view! Unfortunately, guests with their children are present here, confusing the facility with Disneyword and Waterword. It is screeched and splashed on the resting guests with jumps into the water, which holds the stuff. Previously, notice boards were placed where CONSIDERATION was urged to the parents concerned. Now this is a REKA hotel, the slightly older vintages are obviously out of place. Still to the restaurant: Breakfast is very-very rich and beautifully presented! Bravo! The meals at lunch and dinner are also delicious and freshly prepared. It is not recommended to go to the restaurant until 8 pm, as the same spirits from the swimming pool do their mischief. Toys are placed between the tables on the floor and played. After all, however, tidy again. But the newest generation ZZZ no longer realizes that a retsaurant is also there in a 3*+ hotel to eat and enjoy the good food. Yes the "consideration" - as long as nothing is written, it is not practiced. By the way, the pizzas are all very good and made with very good dough! Maybe it wouldn’t be bad if a slightly smaller size were on offer, as with a (sees fine) mixed salad for starters that quickly becomes too much. We will gladly come back, but with a little more distance to the children's holiday season, so that the rest also makes sense again. We like children very much, but we don't like parents who don't show respect to other people. See you soon I.&B. K.

Magnificent hotel with rooms which all have a view overlooking the lake and a large balcony. Very calm . They are well equipped, small fridge, the only downside in the middle of summer is that there is no air conditioner in the room. The heat is really stifling and even with the fan we were too hot. However, the bedding is perfect! The breakfast is superb, there is really everything including a children's corner. It's great ! The evening meals taken at the restaurant are delicious, the service top notch! All the staff are smiling and friendly. I really appreciated the virtual concierge on WhatsApp who allowed me to correspond if I needed anything and who asked me every day if I was okay. I also really liked being able to spend a day cleaning the room in exchange for two flutes of champagne. The swimming pool is beautiful, the mini golf is very nice and the parks are absolutely beautiful! Remember to take your mosquito repellent.

Located in a wonderful park above Brissago; the town center (there bus and boat) can be easily reached via a romantic staircase in about 10 minutes. The rooms are tiptoe, from the balconies you have a fantastic view over the lake. The breakfast buffet is varied, also we were consistently satisfied with the cuisine of the hotel's restaurant - albeit Swiss price level. Worth mentioning is the attentive service and the - despite peak holiday time - consistently relaxed atmosphere. In the garden there is a spacious pool with sales kiosk; even there we experienced only pleasant hours! As a special "goodie" we would like to recommend the weekly guided tour of the park, which Mr. Russenberger, who has created the paradise over several decades, offers to guests; one learns from him a lot of interesting things about this botanical paradise and its plant life. We can therefore only recommend the Parkhotel Brenschino for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel is beautifully situated above Brissago and has a fantastic garden and an idyllic and fine restaurant. Children feel very comfortable (children's pool, children's cinema, playroom). The interior and design is also very appealing and modern. The hotel building itself is a bit old and better ventilation in the rooms would be desirable. In summer it gets enormously hot in the rooms without air conditioning or ventilation.

Very good hotel with a great team. Definitely recommended. Again a big praise to the kitchen, it was all super delicious, something for every taste. The park super laid out and maintained, hidden corners everywhere you can explore. Only the parking spaces in the car park are a bit narrow.

Brenscino is a great hotel with breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore. We were very pleased. The breakfast buffet is extensive and breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the lake. Wonderful! Our room was small but with a balcony with great lake views (all rooms have lake views in this hotel). The room was very clean and the reception was friendly.

Nice staff, nice facility good restaurant, rooms without air conditioning, single room extremely small , rooms relatively simple, therefore price a bit expensive. Otherwise we felt very comfortable in the hotel. Very nice view of the lake, good breakfast buffet despite the many guests.

We had a great family experience. The rooms were comfortable, and I had recently had shoulder surgery and the Hotel has a lovely pillow menu that allowed for me to choose multiple options to support my needs. The view was sublime!! The meals and the services were excellent and the pool was a lot of fun. We played put-put and billiards and explored the area. Everyone had a great time! We definitely want to come back!
