This hotel has everything you need. The staff members are very helpful. During corona times it was not busy and they asked us when we wanted breakfast. Next to that our car was stuck related to the fresh snow. All staff members helped us get our car out. Top service guys! The rooms are maybe a bit old, but the bed sleeps comfortable, the room is big enough and the shower is good! Next to that is that the view from the room is just magnificent. You can look right to the mountains from the balcony!

We stayed here for one night during our APR trek. What a strange place, it classes itself as some kind of hospitality training establishment. Its a huge place, but i think we were the only guests, the only other people there were a group of youths who must have been trainees all huddled around the reception desk "hanging out". The young man who checked us in however, was very professional and courteous at all times - he should have just dropped his huddle of youths! The hotel has an annex that is reminisce of a hostel, and i think this is where the staff and trainess must live. The room was actually very nice, a good size with everthing we needed for one night, including a balcony with a stunning view over the valley to the hills. The bar was not open, town is about 5 minutes walk away where you will find better hotels, palces to eat and a bakery. This was the chaepest hotel we stayed in along the way, so i suppose we cannot complain too much. We never managed to get access to the free WiFi due to the very complex route to register, codes etc etc. The breakfast was dire, bread and cheese with fruit juice. Stayed here in the heart of Switzerland, Lenk. Waterfalls and the greenery landscape makes this location more appetising. In comparison with other nearby hotels they offer very attractive room rates. Continental breakfast is served, not much varieties but it's worth the money we spent. Our room was directly facing to the mountains. What an amazing scenery. In the evening it's so quite and peaceful. The perfect spot to get relaxed after a hectic week. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Housekeeping service is provided daily with replenishing of linens. Front desk service is available 24/7. Always willing to help with organising excursions. So we felt very much satisfied with it. Thank you Bellevue Team for the unforgettable experience

The hotel is good located, and perfect for families or couple. The rooms look tidy and clean. There is free Wi-Fi, and a good breakfast. Sauna and gym are available at the hotel. The are balconies that are facing the beautiful mountains. Very lovely view!

We loved this hotel!! It is an older hotel that has been warmly restored and well maintained. The rooms are roomy, bright and inviting. There are balconies off some rooms with beautiful views. The dining room is full of windows and the food is excellent. The lobby has comfortable seating areas and free wireless. The staff is very, very nice.
