I've stayed at this hotel in the past, and have written good reviews because I loved the location, and thought the hotel was a good value. On my last stay, I was very disappointed. It was probably a year and a half to two years since my last stay, and it looks like they have made any improvements or updated...

I've spend 2 night in this hotel during a business trip. The hotel is very simple but clean and the rooms are spacious. The cost for one night has been less than 90 eur which is absolutely ok for the hotel and the location. I haven't experienced the breakfast even if 9 eur looks pretty expensive as you have the...

The hotel is a little bit away of the suburban train ( 1.5 miles) but there are taxis outside that can get you anyaway, downtown is just at couple of blocks and good restaurants are also close by. The room was clean and comfy, excellent shower. Very Good buffet in the monrnings. The only complain is their cancellation policy, i...

I visited the hotel during a business trip and as very pleased with the friendly staff, good food (dinner as well as breakfast). Only the rooms are a bit subseptible for noise and the pillows were too flat for me (prefer “fluffy“ pillows). Nethertheless I would stay here again.

I spent a few nights here recently, all I have to say about this hotel is functional and basic. The rooms were clean and tidy and breakfast was sufficient. The staff were all friendly and professional. The hotel is however in a good location with restaurants and bars close by.

The Pozuelo is a classic business hotel. The shirt way to describe it is ok. Rooms are ok, breakfast is ok, and service Is fine. Mind you, that hotel vicinity, is very boring As in many suburbs and satellites of big city Beside one restaurant next to the hotel, that looked descent, all the the other bars and places to...

We had very good impression from the photos we saw on the internet but on reality the room was quite small and was not same as on the pictures but anyways we only stayed one night so we were okay with that. The weather in Madrid was already cooling down and we were freezing in the room, in the reception...

No no, this is not a four star hotel, although they charge like a five star. Simple, slightly worn rooms, simple breakfast, but good wifi, I'll give them that. The service is friendly but a bit inefficient. Next time in Madrid I will for sure stay somewhere else.
