The Hotel is very clean, the staff friendly and always in a good mood (especially melody). The pool area is good for kids and also cleaned every morning. The Hotel is near the beach (5-10 Minutes) and the city 15 minutes by foot. Between monday and thursday the mini disco is okay, mostly music to dance or games like bingo for the adults. On the weekend the kids animation is very good! We had a disney show and a Illusionist. The morning buffet is good. The dinner buffet has some options but is not very tasteful. All in all we liked our stay and will definetly come back.

The 3.5 trip advisor review is about right. Top tips - 1, Make sure your kids have water shoes (we saw about 6 kids fall over as very slippy around pool). 2, Get to the restaurant in first 20 mins of opening or last half hour as the ques could go back 3 floors. 3, Go b&b or half board, food gets really repetitive, lots of nice restaurants locally. 4, Train station about a 20 min walk, 11euro return to barca, great day trip. Lots of pluses and negatives, overview below Rooms - Modern, decent shower, OK beds (memory foam), no kettle though, small fridge, very similar size to standard uk hotel. Audio on TV can be changed to English on some programs if wanted Pool - great for kids, lots of slides etc, we got a sunbed everyday from 9.30, so no silly ques. Main pool quite small Entertainment- was surprisingly quite good some days. Magic show a must and ninja show was good as well. Kids club was ok Restaurant- very repetitive, we ate out 3 times. (Taj nice Indian 5 min walk, winfara Chinese decent aswell) Bar - estrella on tap, 3.50 euro a pint in evening or 2euro small cup. 3.50 for most mixer drinks ie rum and coke Covid safe - not really, we wasn't bothered as been vaccinated and had covid but buffet should be monitored. Common sense to force everyone to gel hands before entering or wear cheap plastic gloves. Hotel did neither Location- not bad, 10 min walk to beach. Bowling/ golf a good evening out and cheap at 7 euro for both per person. About 15 min walk to main centre around church area. Overall the hotel is just to small for amount of guests, so restaurant has huge ques at peak times and pool gets very busy. Holidays are what you make of them, we had a good time but wouldn't come back

Went in July 19 was worried with all the negative reviews . Don’t be everything was spot on food was good rooms were good slides for kids fantastic and never had to wait for drinks . If I had to put one negative on was that the entertainment was more for the kids. You would think they would have some background music for the adults once the entertainment was finished. One last thing which could of ruined our hols but luckily was sorted ... we booked a family room turned up at 2am tired kids Got keys for room only to be given a quad room. Went back down stairs to sort it out which was very difficult due to the porters language and he said we was booked into a quad and had to wait till the morning. Obviously I wasn’t having any of it and in the end he got us in a family room and had to sort the mishap out in the morning. I’m going back again in July but will be making sure that I am booked in a family room which I have paid for .

Bad points I had my daughter who was just under one who is on bottle the first we was there for 6 nights and not once did they give us a kettle when you need hot water then make you go down to reception staff tell you different stuff the lady said hot water a available 24/7 from machine in reception then the night security said you have to bring your own water one night because of the language barrier I had a crying baby for 45 mins as couldn’t understand what he was saying about the hot water Food is the same you have pork chops chips pasta pizza then they will make up a dish out of the lunch left overs They don’t change the bed sheets as kids make mess my daughter ended up leaving with nasty rash as they just turn it over when I told her it is dirty it needs changing Maids are rude asked for a spare towel for my daughter was told no they do it by the adults in the room On a hill and if your unfit like me didn’t took my breathe away Good points Not far from the little center Near by to beach The hotel is very pretty Good entertainment Food staff nice Pool area is nice Sides was good Hotel quiet clean If they didn’t have my baby crying they would be 4 stars
