First thing that strikes you when entering is how clean it is, the staff are very friendly and speak English. They are efficient and very helpful. We had a safe which was only a few euros. Rooms a little small but again very clean. Small flat screen t.v. And balcony. The breakfast was lovely, a real bonus. Free wifi, we...

Small but very clean and friendly family run establishment, stayed for a week at the start of August and although it was quite busy, it was not in the slightest bit noisy even although it was mainly families that were staying there, only one thing to bear in mind, there is no lift so if you are carrying quite a bit of...

We arrived at the Hotel after midnight, tired and hungry. Ali,(The Big Man Of The Night!!) greeted us with a beaming smile which immediately lifted our spirits. Drinks were soon organised and a pizza was called,(it was 2am). We had a family room with a balcony on the third floor,Ali carried our luggage, smiling away. After a good nights sleep we...

Stayed 4 nights here. Small room but we were on the balcony a lot. Immaculately clean. Nice buffet breakfast. Staff were great- offered to print our boarding passes and organise a takeaway breakfast as we were leaving very early. Good location with big Mercadona a few minutes walk. Local bar along the road did a cana and tapa for a...

The hotel was clean and the room (twin bed) was spacious for us. The hotel staff didn't speak English too well, but they tried their best to help and it worked out well in the end. We were lucky to have the room right above the entrance which meant that we got a little bit of a view down the...

Very kind staff, everything is well organized. Breakfast is the same every morning but with wide choice of food. Good location close to the beach and peacefull area. Just behind there is a big market Consum where you can buy food at lower prices than in mini markets. All compliments to this hostel.

Myself and my partner stayed here at the end of August 2014 for a week self catering. This hotel was very pleasant and very cheap. Rooms were clean, roomy and comfortable. There is no air conditioning but that didn't hinder us at all, we would just open the doors and close the shutters. Drinks at the hotel are very, very...

Stayed for 8 nights. Clean rooms, but towels supplied could have been more generous! Breakfast was very bland, with little choice. Coffee from machine was tasteless!! Good position to town and beach. Glad we came to Calella, but if we should go again, would go for a better hotel!!!

I stayed with a friend in Hostal Bonavista. Was concerned about the negative reviews that were here. Can only confirm that our stay was a great success on every level. A safe is provided at a rate of 15 for the week thereby negating the need to be concerned about room thefts. And the breakfast consisted of sliced meats &...

“The front of the building seems to have larger balconies. There are three floors. Stair access only. Be prepared to feel fit by the end of the week if you get the third floor as we did. But it really wasn't a problem.”
