The room is pleasantly equipped, and I understand that we r in February, but small things could be put in place to reduce drafts, providing excluders on outside doors etc etc.as it takes ages to heat up the room using the hot plates.......as for cleaning I understand that there is a minimum standard and this is adhered to religiously... still waiting to...

We chose this island on recommendation and because of the time of year we were travelling and we were not disappointed. The location is great as the views over to Lanzarote are magnificent to which we took a day trip to see the Volcano, El Golfo and an Aloe Vera farm which we would recommend. Fascinating to see that part...

An excellent environment to stay if self catering is your thing. Corralejo has masses of excellence restaurant and supermarkets to cater for ever need. Super rooms, beds, bathrooms and terrace decorated to a high standard with polite curious staff. Use the Spar opposite the bus terminus as the locals all shop there. 300 meters after turning left out of the...

Surprisingly spacious for the price our family of three paid. Bedding and mattresses definitely top notch for a normal 3 star apartment block. Pool and activities offered are decent, and better than average, with unexpectedly good WiFi (Ability to watch YouTube anywhere throughout the resort) the only downside to this resort is the lack of utensils. But overall splendid place...

We stayed here in feb 2017 in a ground floor apartment 168 and although the beds and towels were spotless the damp in the room was terrible- everything felt damp no air con which added to the dampness - ceiling in bedroom was black as were the net curtains in both the living room and bedroom. We were bothered with...

The hotel is situated at the north of the town - a pleasant walk along the rocky front and past the harbour takes you to the old town with plenty of shops and restaurants. There are supermarkets near by but there is also a useful onsite supermarket. The poolside bar is very pleasant and serves a variety of drinks and...
