Great hotel. Hotel was much bigger than what we expected from the pictures which was ideal for a chill out week as the number of guests were spread out across three big areas. The hotel was relatively empty when we arrived but more people quickly arrived. We loved that you could always find a free sunbed and they weren’t packed in like sardines. I’m assuming this is due to Covid, but this was excellent and encourage the hotel to keep this after restrictions ease. The pool was pretty much empty when we wanted a swim and the pool area was very quiet. It was lovely that children tended to stay at the other pool with the kids club, so adults could enjoy the peace and quiet at the other pool. Food was decent and the cocktails/bar was fantastic. We stayed all inclusive and the bartenders were very friendly and didn’t skimp on the alcohol which was fantastic. They also had a large number of cocktails on offer. The rooms were clean and large. The hotel is in a fantastic location, only a short 30 second walk to the main ‘strip’ with shops restaurants bars and cafes. We recommend ‘coco banana’ for unreal gelato!! All in all a great stay!…

This really is a beautiful hotel. Great location, fabulous staff, beautiful grounds and a comfortable, well appointed and very peaceful room. I really had a wonderful stay and most certainly will return. The only thing that for me wasn’t brilliant was the food. It was ok, I never went hungry but the choice was quite limited and it was very repetitive. Having said that it hasn’t put me off at all. I stayed at H10 Ocean Dreams earlier this year and both are fantastic. Food is better at Dreams but you pay much more for it. Staff and rooms better at Suites….. I would happily return to either. Went back in April for a week with my husband. We had a junior suite, bottom floor pool view which was ideal. Room was spacious, and spotlessly clean. Be careful of the step from bedroom into lounge area as its not marked, hubby tripoed a few times. Cleaners in everyday. Towels changed whenever needed. Pool was freezing as per time of year, only went in once, but could tell it needed more of a deep clean. Sunbeds got taken by about 9am. And pool man/lifeguard removed towels after about an hour if people didn't return which I thinks fair enough. Definitely not enough sunbeds, by either pools. We tended to stay around the quiet pool with being on our own this year. Was so quiet no background music or atmosphere. The other pool with the kids slides had entertainment of a sort, but nothing major. Food was OK, never hot, even when it was just put out. Not a very big selection either. Careful of the drinks if your not all inclusive, they hide the cheap vodka behind the named brand, and try and pour you that without asking. Entertainment on an evening was awful, lasted about an hour, all done downstairs next to the restaurant, not enough seats, room small. Upstairs there's a bar, in reception believe it or not so as your checking in or out your in the middle of someone's night out depending on time. Again tiny, not enough seats. Bad design. Reception shouldn't be in the bar area. With all that said. Location is spot on, only walking distance to the beach and the square. Bars and restaurants dotted about. We went out a lot. Couldn't fault the staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough. Would say its more 3 star. Still had a fab relaxing if not quiet holiday. …

The problem with the booking of the sun loungers is repeated every year during periods of high occupancy despite the fact that we have a sufficient number of sun loungers in relation to the occupancy of the hotel. We try with every means to prevent guests from occupying them without lying on them. We are sorry if you did not like the daily hotel entertainment and the seating arrangements in the lobby and in the disco area. The thing that makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are all so friendly and willing to help. The food is very good and drinks are all premium labels. On our wedding anniversary they left a bottle of wine and chocolates in the room.I fell ill whilst there (lung infection - no fault of the hotel). They organised an ambulance, and each day they checked with the hospital on my progress. On my return they made sure that I had all I needed including a free late checkout. Very close to town centre but felt secluded. Will return soon.

Lovely hotel with very short distance to the beach and shopping centre. Room was very nice and quiet spacious. The food was absolutely great, everything was so yummy. Marta from reception very helpful, Maria from spa helped me a lot with my painful shoulder by doing massage for me every other day. Staff really nice and friendly. We definitely come back x

The apartment was cleaned daily with bed being made etc, new towels daily. Unfortunately we had 3 unwanted visitors i.e. cockroaches the daughter in the next apartment also had 2. We were given a bug spray which had no effect. The food was good although a bit repetitive. Pools were well patrolled and clean. Night entertainment poor. Hotel and catering staff very friendly.

Three generations enjoyed a brilliant Easter holiday here. Highlights: - outstanding children’s entertainment and early evening kids disco Thank you Acttiv Team, especially Cristina and Mario - warm welcome with cava on arrival. And a smile and greeting from every staff member we passed. - fresh clean and spacious first floor room overlooking the pool. - we booked all-inclusive and every breakfast lunch and dinner was appetising. We especially appreciated the varied salads, fresh fruit, nuts and fish. - the reception area became the Duna bar every evening with a harpist one evening and jazz guitar on another. Overall I thought that this was an average 4 star hotel and did expect a little more. Room - bed was comfy, room was spacious but the pool view was blocked by a tree so wasn't that good. Room was cleaned every day but the floor was just swept and stayed dusty, needed to be wet wiped. Complimentary bottle of water but no facilities for coffee n tea. This needed to be hired which should be included for a 4 star hotel. Food - I wasn't impressed by the range or quality. The food was geared more towards Dutch n German likings rather than for all nationalities. Some items were heavily salted and others tasted bland. Brussel sprouts are not a staple element in the British diet and they appeared frequently. Out of the 7 days there only 2 evening meals were enjoyed. Breakfast very disappointing - grapes, oranges n melon every morning, no fruit cocktail which you normally get everywhere! Really pleased we only went half board. Did not appear to be any theme nights either? Entertainment - never saw it so cannot comment. Staff - reception staff helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately that cannot be said for others, in particular the younger female staff with the exception of Thay (she was helpful, pleasant and smiled). Went to the pool bar for a drink, ordered a white wine with Sprite n ice. When tasted, it was clear that the Sprite syrup in the dispenser had run out as the drink was bitter. Took it back and Lucia was not helpful. She appeared not to know what we meant so asked for a different drink - didn't have any of that left so thought about a cocktail instead. Could not tell us what the cocktails were as they were on the Hotel app and I had to look. Encountered this member of staff again in the restaurant and noticed that she very rarely smiled r gave holidaymakers eye contact. Male staff were the opposite and were pleasant. Hotel app - good idea in the Pandemic but not now. Information needs to be out there and seen. You cannot stand at the bar and get your phone out to look at the cocktails menu. Its a nice hotel in terms of location and amenities but there's just something missing. I've stayed in all the 4 star hotel chains in Corralejo so can compare them. Value for money is the Lambranda Del Bahios. However this is the first hotel pool lifeguard to go round and take towels off beds that people have left there all morning so they can keep the beds for the afternoon. And it wasn't just the Germans. Dutch and English doing it. …

Dear Lenaw, We thank you for your comment which gives us the possibility to respond to your allegations although it would have been more useful to contact our Public Relations department at the hotel and we could have tried to find solutions to make your holiday a perfect one. It is stated in the hotel information that a complimentary bottle of water is provided to all our guests on arrival and that the kettle is on request and free of charge, what you pay for is the daily replenishment of coffee, tea and milk. Our restaurant is focused on a culinary proposal that takes into account the variety of guests that stay daily in our hotel who come from different parts of Europe and with all kinds of requests and we try to have a wide offer to allow everybody to find something that suits them. We cannot have a specialised cuisine for all types of guests. We also have to take into account the geographical position of the island of Fuerteventura which has some very complicated supplies of raw materials as it is not a major island and sometimes many products do not arrive on time and we have to adapt our menu wheel to this factor. In a buffet restaurant we cannot provide a personalised service for each of our clients, although we always try to satisfy their needs as soon as they present them to us during their stay. The use of the QR code to access all the information was not only done for the Post Covid pandemic but for a more ecological approach and to avoid using excessive amounts of paper: our H10 chain is a promoter of the Stay Green project and as a customer who has visited our hotels you should know this!
