Despite COVID-19 restrictions, hotel staff still perform very well. My experience was very good & have re- booked a future stay. Location to town centre only a 10 minute walk. Added bonus of having the surf school located at the hotel who where really good.

A delightful hotel in an unfussy area of Corralejo with a great breakfast, wonderful staff and above all, unfussy. Great breakfast too. Great for surfers as the surf shop is part of the hotel making renting of equipment and organising lessons as easy as getting out of bed !

We booked through Tui and got a great deal to stay here. The photos looked really modern and clean. We arrived really late, around 10:30pm. Check in was quick and we were told where our room was. We had booked an apartment and hotel breakfast. The room wasn’t very nice at all. Looked nothing like the photos, it was clean but didn’t look it because of how shabby it was. Old cracked tiles, stained brown sofa, old shower and paint coming off walls, cupboards and doors. The next morning we went and spoke to the reception and explained we were a bit disappointed with the room and they were more than happy to offer us a pool view standard room (no kitchenette). The new room was soooo much better. Really modern, clean, powerful shower, good view of pool and sea and nice room lighting. We went in November and in the room there was a fan which was sufficient however this might not be good during the summer. The breakfast was okay, some days better than others in terms of quality however lots of choice everyday. Yoghurts, fruit, cereal, eggs, omelet, beans, bacon, pastries, donuts, toast and much more. We spent a couple of days by the pool which was really clean and a nice temperature. Sun beds were really comfy to lie on and the sun was on the pool majority of the day. The hotel is in a good location, 5-10 min walk to harbour, 10 min walk to main strip, 30 min walk to start of Volcano and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants almost on the door step. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again

I stayed here for a week. It’s a great hotel, nice staff, great pool and outdoor area. I booked an apartment initially but when I got there I was disappointed with it. While it was very clean and tidy it’s was quite dated and could do with modernising (I understand they are all the same) I asked to switch rooms and went for a standard double in the end, which was great, modern and good view of sea. Breakfast was very good, and I loved they provide free filtered water so you don’t need to keep buying plastic!! Good WIFI..unfortunately the bar was closed and there was no bike hire due to COVID. The location of the hotel is good, right near the sea. Would certainly come again!

Stayed here in September 2020 for 10 night. We’ve stayed here many times as it’s a very modern and well kept hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful if you need them. Felt completely safe, there’s hand sanitiser pumps installed everywhere. All the staff are wearing mask. It is very quiet around the hotel and the pool area at the moment. Don’t be put off going if you can, it’s still got the sunshine and weather, just it’s much quieter than normal. Only downside on this visit was the temperature of the room. It was facing the pool and the sun in the afternoon. The ceiling fan was next to useless for airflow so we would prop the door open to try get some cooler air in.
