such a shame this hotel could be fabulous if a little love and care went into it. everyone i spoke to was complaining. y’all lady on reception was very rude indeed and actually quite scary. our room was shocking so complained and love holidays upgraded the room for us. no entertainment. no atmosphere we were self catering so we rate out. one good point is it very central and the superior room are much better standard.

There are so many negative reviews on here, but for me you get what you pay for, we paid £650 for 2 adults and one child for 10 nights On arrival we were given a room with a ground floor terrace, which we thought wasn't the best for our mischievous 3 year old who likes opening doors and the terrace wasn't contained enough, she'd have been off over the rocks and into the nearest pub 😁 In fairness to the receptionist who has had some stick on here, waa very helpful and gave us the last available top floor apartment. We moved to this apartment, but this apartment seemed to have alot of ants tucking into all our surgery treats, so we went to the reception again where they sprayed our room and give us another room, but we couldn't move there until the following day This apartment was 3rd time lucky, lovely terrace had the sun all day The rooms do need upgrading ✅ Pool bar staff are really friendly ✅ The pools are great for children ✅ Dani on entertainment was great with our daughter at kids club and the mini disco ✅ Close to the main strip ✅ The receptionist for us was great ✅ Would we come again?? ✅😁 From Dean, Mel & Lara

On a positive note the apartment’s are in a brilliant location just a few minutes walk from the main drag. Now the negatives, receptionist is rude, rooms are dirty and outdated, stains all over the furniture from years of use probably back to 1984. The whole complex needs modernising. We booked last minute only needed something cheep & cheerful for a week it wasn’t cheerful and like the receptionist said to our neighbours “you get what you pay for”! Oasis dungeons would be a better name

My partner and I stayed here in November 2021. We got an ok price; however, still more than we would normally pay for this time of year. When we holiday we tend to book cheaper apartments as we spend the majority of our time out exploring and enjoying the surroundings. I would never return to Oasis Dunas and would encourage all potential bookers to look around before booking for the price: 1. The rooms were not cleaned, upon arrival we had to move as the first apartment was disgusting and the second wasn’t much better. 2. During our 8 night stay we had cleans towels twice 3. Upon arrival we were informed that the card machine wasn’t working so had to pay in euros, something we should have been informed upon before arrival as had to attend a cash machine after hours of early morning travelling. 4. The reception staff were rude, arrogant and if I am honest need some serious customer service training. They spoke to people terrible, left customers waiting and looked at you like sh*t on there shoes. 5. The resort is severely outdated, dull and looks like you have stepped into a time tunnel back to the 80’s! I would always choose cheap and cheerful over 5* resorts simply because the location is the most important thing to us as travellers; however, this hotel doesn’t even deserve the term cheap and cheerful. I would never return.

Apartments were ok. We booked a one bedroom apartment but didn't realize how small it would be. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Asked in reception for a 2 bed if available. Told no there's none. They didn't even check. I went up when another receptionist was working and she said no problem to come up after 11 and she could book me elsewhere. €144 for an upgrade. Ended up in hospital with my son with marks all over his body. Was given an antihistamine.they didn't know was it from the ants ,dust mites or an allergy to the chlorine in the pool. Cleared up within two days. Apartments a bit dated but fine for somewhere to lay your head. Kiddie's pool is Great for them and the food from pool bar was nice. Entertainment is the same each night. Kiddie's disco followed by bingo and then karaoke or reggae singer michael.he is brilliant. The staff of the kiddie's disco are amazing especially Dani. She was so good with them. Overall I'd give it 5/10.
