Loved the fact that smoking was not allowed in the restaurant areas and around the pool. It makes such a difference to the place and enjoyment for non smokers. I visited as a single woman. I was not the only single person and although I felt a bit nervous about it, I realised that the hotel has single rooms and there seemed to be quite a few single people. I felt very comfortable. I had a single room. It was a little bit dated, but a good sized bed, room and bathroom. It was very clean and had everything I needed. The main downside was that it didn't have a balcony and quite a few rooms do not, so check for that. This was the only negative. Otherwise everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is second to non if you want to be on a beautiful beach. The hotel is not in Corralejo itself so its a 45 -60 min walk in, or bus or taxi ride. There is one little supermarket near the hotel. So that suited me because the location was beautiful and unspoilt. Also great if you want to do surfing, kite surfing etc as a school nearby. The hotel staff are really professsional and service everywhere is excellent and friendly too. The hotel is clean. The pool and garden areas are lovely. One pool is warm as is the lovely jacuzzi, which overlooks the beach. Small gym which I didn't use it because it has to be booked at the moment due to Covid control measures. The food in the restaurant was excellent at every meal. Enjoyable entertainment every evening outside on the terrace. I have no hesitation in recommending. This is a good qualiy, quiet and well run hotel.

Hotel's Favorite
My husband and me have just come back from a weeks stay and what a stay. Yes the hotel room was a little dated however is was clean and well kept. It was actually nice to have a key for the room rather than a key card which I keep losing. Staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. Always so helpful and had a smile with a cheerful greeting when they saw you. Food was delicious and as a picky eater there was always something for me to eat. Pool was relaxing with ample sun beds, staff coming round all the time clearing glasses and taking orders plus every night and morning they disinfected the sun beds and pool area. Entertainment on a night was lounge singers which were good. Covid did not effect the experience we received. Yes to hand to wear a mask inside when walking around but otherwise everything was kept clean. We cannot find fault at all with our stay. Perfect hotel

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in early January. The view from our balcony was one of the most spectacular we have ever experienced - and we have enjoyed many! The weather was kind to us and even sunbathing was possible! The standard of all-inclusive food and drinks was good, and the free in-room mini-bar was a welcome extra, re-stocked every day! Luxurious surroundings and pretty good entertainment on balmy (sometimes slightly chilly) evenings was very relaxing. The Dire Straits tribute was AMAZING! I'm a big fan of the band and these guys were note-perfect ... so beautiful it brought me to tears! Friendly, cheerful, helpful staff throughout exactly as we have found at all RIU hotels. So good! Disappointed that there was no shuttle bus unlike other RIU hotels, but taxis were plentiful. Spa enjoyable too.

I would like to thank the hard working team at Tres Islas for a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean. My room was visited daily and the towels replaced everyday when necessary. I agree that by latest standards the decor is a little dated. But this in no way detracts from a very comfortable experience. The food was good and a reasonable variety of dishes were provided. I stayed on a half board basis. As you would expect the drinks are more expensive than bars out of the Hotel but the prices are not excessive. I will certainly consider re visiting this hotel. It does not surprise me that it has many repeat visitors.

We arrived on the 15th December 2021, for a 28 night all inclusive stay. Check in was easy and our luggage was taken straight to are room by staff, as we retired to the bar for a refreshing drink. As Riu (Diamond) members we were upgraded to a junior suite (335). This consisted of a lounge with sofa, mini fridge, stocked with water (1 still/1 fizzy) a couple of cans of beer and cans of coke and fanta. These items included all inclusive. and replaced each day as used. Also aTV, with a window overlooking the pool area. A good sized bathroom, with shower over the bath, plenty of hot water. The bedroom had two large beds plenty of wardrobe and draw space, a TV. The balcony overlooked the pool area with the fantastic el grande beach beyond. Two recliner chairs and a table on the balcony, which was in the sun from sunrise (8am) until late afternoon. A good suntrap to spend the days relaxing. We also had evening towel change and turn down service. There are two restaurants available, the main buffet and the krystal fusion, which has a small waiter served four course menu. During our stay we found the food in both restaurants to be excellent, and although the menu repeats, its never repetitive, as the choice of food is extensive. The Christmas and new year gala dinners where excellent, roast turkey with pigs in blankets available on christmas day, and a brilliant beef wellington on new years eve. Drinks are served to your table and the house wine is good. We used the krystal fusion three times during our stay. Drinks are available in the Piano bar, top terrace and lobby, and during the day the pool bar. Being all inclusive we where served local branded drinks, which where very good, and its table service,at all bars. Also available during the day to your sunlounger. In the evening entertainment is provided on a small stage on the terrace seven nights a week, mainly singers, with everything from pop, country, rock and motown. There was also flamenco dancers and acrobats on other nights. On new years eve we where treated to an excellent fireworks display at midnight, from within the hotel grounds. There are two swimming pools and access to the public beach, where there are sun loungers owned by the local council and they charge 9 euros for 2 loungers and a brolly for a days hire. A short walk away from the hotel there is a small Hipo Dino supermarket. Also a bus stop to for buses into Corralejo or Puerto del Rosario Covid rules. While we stayed, face marks had to be worn at all times, in public spaces and shops, can be removed while seated eating, drinking and sunbathing. Also the entertainment finished by 10.30pm, no dancing and bars closing at 11pm. The exemption being new years eve, music allowed to 1am. The hotel provide hand sanitizers around the hotel. We would like to say that the staff across all departments where friendly and its those staff that made our holiday special We had a brilliant holiday and we are already planning our next visit for christmas/new year 2022.
