My wife and I during these Covid times wanted a holiday with Covid protection insurance therefore we started looking through TUI. We generally like to stay at our very own villa and especially love Fueterventura and have stayed in Lajares and El Cotilio. The only villas we could find were on The Bahiazul complex however due to very positive tripadvisor feedback, thought we would try it and booked a Premium villa. I knew it was a large complex however on checking into reception was met with a charming professional man who gave us good information and even came to our villa to show us how things work. The villa was absolutely spotless and downstairs living area and bedroom very comfortable. The upstairs area on the roof had an amazing hot tubb and good furniture plus use of a BBQ. We did pay to have the swimming pool heated however it did only just take the chill away. I would still pay to have this again especially in the summer months as it would be more tempting knowing you have more sunshine on the lower part of the villa. The Gym and Spa looked excellent however we didn't use them. We stayed half board and I can honestly say the food quality and choice both at breakfast and dinner was amazing!! The head waiter ? and Nelson were friendly and professional as were all the staff at this well run unit. The fillet steak on the second night I asked to be cooked medium and it was absolutely perfect and of very good quality. Anyone staying self catering or B and B I found the kitchen facilities in the villa to be very good from observation. My only very slight negative was that on the one hand they are very private however I imagine although I might be wrong, that if during the busy season if most villas are occupied then some adjacent noise might be heard from other villas. This was never a problem for us. The complex is a little way out of Correlejo however we were happy with this although we did have a car for the weeks duration. The surrounding area is not stunning however you get views of the mountains and just more houses, again not a problem. In summary, these villas are incredibly clean, very comfortable, quite private and the food and customer service in my opinion is excellent!! Many Thanks team Simon and Dawn Trodd

Our holiday started with us arriving early evening and we were immediately impressed with our villa. We dined in the on site restaurant and were equally taken by the food options and excellent staff serving us. Unfortunately that night a resident in an adjacent villa held what can only be described as an illegal party (people turning up from everywhere!) which kept us awake and we ended up calling out security. We started to wonder whether we had made a mistake in booking here. As they say it's never the problem but how it is resolved that you remember. When we went to reception to voice our concerns Bahia Azul were already on the front foot, fully aware and provided us assurances this would not be happening again. They also compensated us for our experience. We have to say we went on to have a great time there. The service is amazing and the site impeccably managed. It really is that good! Due to the UK government changing the travel corridor status for the Canaries we had to cut short our holiday and yet once again Bahiazul impressed us by offering to hold our monies for our shortened holiday as a deposit for our next visit. We cant wait to return!

We stayed for a week in November and had the most relaxing time. The villa was exactly like the pictures and had everything we could possibly want! The bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped. No doors on the ensuites though (just if you’re sharing!) Definitely worth paying to have the pool heated. Hot tub was such a great addition too. We were on B&B board and the breakfasts were wonderful, you could have anything - even prosecco!!! The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. There’s a large supermarket nearby if you’re self catering. Taxi into town centre was about 5 euros and they pick you up and drop you off right at your villa door. After the year it’s been this was exactly the escape we needed! Thank you Bahiazul 😊

We travelled at the start of Nov 2020, our original flight was cancelled and Bahiazul were great at changing the dates of our stay at the last minute. Once we arrived we were looked after from start to finish. The villa was luxurious, spacious and private. It was exactly what we wanted. As the Canary Islands have a fairly strict mask policy (which is a good idea), it was great to have our own space where we didn't have to wear them. The restaurant area is great with daily changing themed meals, I think there were 7 as we were there for 2 weeks and noticed some of our favourites come up again. Even on days that were themed the same, there was still differences, so it never felt too repetitive. The staff were all extremely professional and friendly. It was all great!
