Pula Suites Boutique Resort is a luxury Mediterranean-style hotel near Son Servera, a traditional town on the east coast of Majorca. The hotel sits at the foot of a hill and is surrounded by olive groves that give it a sense of tranquillity. From the outdoor areas, which are filled with greenery and rustic furnishings, you can enjoy views of Costa de los Pinos bay and Cala Bona, a former fishing village. The hotel is a short drive from Playa Cala Bona, a palm-fringed beach bordered by the Balearic Sea, and within driving distance of Cala Millor, a coastal resort home to a Blue Flag beach and Spanish restaurants. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel helps you stay connected on your holiday, and an outdoor pool surrounded by a sun terrace provides opportunities for relaxing. There's a kids' section at the pool for younger guests. If you're looking to stay active, Pula Suites Boutique Resort has a gym, two tennis courts and an 18-hole golf course with two putting greens and a pitching green as well as a SPA.

We’ve been coming here for the last 10years. That probably says it all. Over that time upgrades to rooms and TV’s. food really excellent choices and the star a la carte S’Oronella restaurant top notch food. The team here look after you with attention to detail. If anyone leaves here and then complains that helps nobody. If you have issues speak to one of the team and they will rectify it immediately. This year limited capacity but all staff masked and restaurants socially distanced. Hand sanitisers abound so excuses. Felt safer here than at home. If you want a little oasis away from the crowds here it is! Thanks to Jaume, Salvador, Adri, Pep, Daniele, Lorena, Antoni and anyone I’ve not named! Looking forward to next year already!

This is a secret I’d like to keep! We adore Pula Suites and, over the years have seen it develop into the calm, peaceful and relaxing venue it is. We missed our visit during 2020 so we’re desperate to renew our relationship with the hotel and its team. We knew we’d be safe as the suites are scattered around the beautiful grounds and there is plenty of space. A one hour taxi ride from Palma airport meant we were away from the hoards! Following COVID protocols, only 30 of the 68 suites were open so we felt even more safe! The joy on arrival was that, despite being closed from October 2019 to July 2021, Jaume the GM, had retained his amazing team! As always, despite being later than scheduled, we were greeted as family and whisked into the terrace for dinner! It’s difficult not to name everyone, but it’s right to acknowledge the newly promoted head chef, Ruben; he is highly talented; Pep & Diana run the restaurant with consummate professionalism and personality; Adri similarly the bar and shares his tremendous passion for gastronomy, in the Fine Dining Restaurant S’Oronella; waiting staff, Dani, Mourad, Giovanni and Lorena are excellent and then there’s the Reception people, Antoni, Aina and another lovely man, whose name I didn’t catch! The housekeeping team have all returned and are so good at keeping the suites shiny! Finally, of course, the leadership team of Jaume supported by Salvador! We adore this hotel! It’s a second home and it gives us a chance to do absolutely nothing. It’s not near the beach, there’s no need to leave the site, it offers tranquility! We’re all ready for our eleventh trip next year! Thank you Jaume and Team!

5 star because of the sophisticated design that gave you the feeling of staying in a village with chic centre rather than a block. The design is low level with an abundance of flowers surrounding the super clean reception, 2 restaurants, bar and pool area. Our suite was on 3 levels and felt like a villa within the grounds. The garden rooms lack a good sea view but had a quiet place to lounge at the front. First trip abroad having to wear masks but the hotel was sensible with their rules. All areas were spotless. The staff were superb.

Pula Suites is absolutely wonderful place to stay. We booked a week to just have a quiet and chill time by the pool in a small and friendly hotel and the hotel turned out to be exactly what we wanted. Very nicely decorated suite with a terrace that overlooks the restaurant and sea, super clean and very spacious. The surroundings are very pretty and taken care of daily. The food at the restaurant was very delicious with different choices available every day for 3 course menu or you could choose a la carte menu. It offers a lot of local dishes to try. The staff are very welcoming, extremely friendly and helpful. They are absolute pleasure to chat to and teach us some Spanish! We are also very grateful to the reception staff who helped us to sort our transfer on the last day of our stay, made few calls to find out the latest updates and helped us book a taxi to get to the airport just in time for the flight. The hotel itself a bit remote from the towns so it's very quiet in the evenings, but if you want to explore nearby areas, you might want to rent a car or be prepared to pay for taxi or rent bikes. A trip to the beach nearby is 5 mins drive and if you want to get a taxi, it's around 10 euros one way. This hotel is also a great option for someone who is concerned about travelling during COVID. Everyone was keeping safe distance, wearing masks indoors and the staff were working hard to clean all surfaces. The resort is also very spacious so it only felt natural that there was distance between all guests. I definitely highly recommend this place and would love to come here again in the future! And just want to say thanks to all staff again for making our holiday so great, absolute pleasure!

My partner and I have just returned from a week at Pula Suites. The thing that shows how much we love it is that this was our second visit (there are so many places to visit in the world that we have never stayed anywhere else more than once). We travel quite a bit (short and long haul) and for a pure relaxation break Pula Suites is perfect (we didn't leave the hotel complex for the whole week!). The suites are great. We stayed in a jacuzzi room this visit and had a bedroom, bathroom and lounge as well as a terrace with a jacuzzi that overlooked the garden and sea. The bed is really comfy (when we were buying a bed recently my partner used the bed from our previous stay at the Pula suites as the standard we were aiming for!). We went all inclusive both times and it is great value for money. Other places we have been previously have had very restrictive all inclusive (e.g. you had to eat at certain times) and poor quality food and drinks (e.g. buffet food). Here you can eat anything and a wide range of drinks are included. The a la carte dining in the evening is particularly impressive with a wide range of choice (a particular highlight was the ox cheek). The staff are really friendly and welcoming. They are also very patience (putting up with us while we attempted to speak pigeon Spanish!). By the end of the week we both felt really relaxed. It is a particularly great place to visit during the COVID pandemic as it is a large complex and is very socially distanced (although we did not intentionally socially distance I doubt anyone came within two metres of us for any significant length of time during our whole stay). We will definitely be returning in the future.
