Top notch all inclusive resort for both adults and families. We stayed with the family section in a Junior Suite with large terrace and we’re so glad we booked the extra space. We had our own extensive terrace area which was safe, secure and perfect for our two year old to run around and play. It also meant we were able to sit out on the terrace once baby was down and could easily hop over to grab drinks from the bar! The pools were a little chilly but expected for that time of year. It didn’t stop is getting in. The hotel was immaculate and the room had loads of space and storage. The staff were incredibly helpful and the baby club was brilliant. Brand new facility and lots to play with. We put our 2 year old in for a two hour slot and they loved it! It was great to have a couple of hours to ourselves knowing that our baby was happy and safe. They also do a stay and play so if you’re wondering, then you can go yourself with your baby and check it out. The food was great, the chefs and waiting staff did a great job of providing variation each day and keeping the place clean. Top quality drinks and cocktails a plenty! Having a coffee shop on site was also a massive bonus. Great coffee and pastries. We managed to get to the adult section on one of the days whilst baby was in baby club. It was very chic, well designed and lovely pool. Just lacked a bit of atmosphere for us but I guess we weren’t looking for peace and serenity. If you are then it’ll definitely tick all of the boxes. We both had massages at the spa which were very relaxing, highly recommend. Entertainment was great for kids and adults. Lots of fun and hats off to the entertainment staff. Musicals night was fantastic! All in all, not a thing we’d change and would highly recommend!

My wife and I are leaving today after a great 8 nights at this lovely resort. We stayed in the adults only section with a swim out room (Room 158). We’ve had a lovely time and would love to return. Due to the time of year and it being very early in the season there were some days of bad weather but we made the most of these and went on trips. The location of the hotel is very good and nearby bus routes (to Palma or Porto Cristo) and a supermarket. We made great use of the free facilities at the spa - these include a huge hydrotherapy suite and different types of sauna. Staying for 8 nights meant we could book 3 visits to the speciality restaurants which we booked on our first day having looked at the app before we arrived to decide which days we would prefer to eat in the specialities. We would advise booking as early as possible if you prefer a particular time. We ate in the Italian twice and in the Indian restaurant once. Both were very nice. The buffet has a theme night each day which you can view in the app. I can’t stress this enough - the desserts in the adults only buffet are amazing - 10/10! We’ve travelled a lot and the desserts in All Inclusive hotels often miss the mark, but these are something else! The adults only area is great and is quite unique compared to other resorts we have stayed at. It’s all very modern and new which was great. The swim up pool was heated and warm enough to use everyday. The pool is shared between 4 rooms - we had great neighbours which made the pool even better. The deck got the sun until about 4.30pm but there was always the option of going down to the adults pool if you wanted to sunbathe for even longer. There is a good schedule of entertainment with a quiz each night. Shout out to Andrea from the bar team who always gave exceptional service with a smile. The presence of the hotel manager is very unique to this hotel and is something which made our holiday even more special knowing that management really wanted us to have a good time. His familiarity with the guests is great and shows how caring this place is which makes us want to return.

The previous reviews sum up the hotel perfectly. It really is as good as people say My wife and I had a swim up suite in the family area of the hotel. Room was clean spacious and had nice touches such as the mini bar stocked daily with pop and water Food was fresh and delicious at all serving and the themed evening meals were a good idea A lot of hotel reviews always seem to single out individual staff members as being ‘more attentive’, however at this hotel I couldn’t as every single staff member is so friendly, wants to help and do all they can to make your stay special All in all a brilliant holiday experience and I would definitely return

We’ve just got back from this lovely hotel and definitely weren’t ready to leave!! The food in the main restaurant is great and lots of choice. The staff are also super friendly. We had a junior suite with sliding doors and it was really spacious, had two balconies and was very clean. The mini fridge in the room is replenished every day with branded soft drinks and water. The hotel and grounds are immaculate. You can use some of the facilities at a neighbouring hotel such as tennis courts. There’s also a spa that you can use once a day and a good sized gym. Our kids (3 and 7) loved the children’s evening entertainment. Sa Coma is a nice resort with a great beach. The water stays quite shallow until you’re further out and is beautifully clear. The hotel is in a fairly quiet part of town which we liked but is close to shops/restaurants and is very walkable. We got the little land train to Cala Millor one morning and then walked back. There are free bikes to use outside the hotel and a great cycle path which takes you all round the coast. Overall, a fabulous hotel and we would definitely return.

This hotel is exactly what you would expect from a five star establishment, the property is of a high standard and has all the amenities that you would be looking for in your next trip to Majorca. The rooms are as good as Ive ever had , they are modern and well equipped. The hotel and grounds are extremely well maintained and superbly clean. The staff are fantastic and do go that extra mile, in fact I feel that they really do care about making your holiday memorable. When we arrived we we had a slight issue in the buffet restaurant but the management team took my comments on board and made a few slight changes. The results were amazing, it was refreshing to see a team that listen to their customers. (Why we are open the subject of food, the desserts in this are off the scale good, Im not a big sweet fan but they are far too good miss). So a big thank you to Chey (I probably haven't spelt this correctly) he is a credit to the TUI Blue Hotel chain. He not only fixed my original concern but was assertive and proactive , you cannot ask for more! His management team are exactly the same ,so refreshing. This hotel has pulled out all the stops, so what you waiting for , book it !!!

This was our third visit to the adults part of the hotel and there are so many reasons we keep returning. This hotel really offers five star amenities and service but in a relaxed and friendly style. Rooms are light and airy with a massive bed. The minibar is always stocked and it’s lovely to have a cold coke after a hard day’s sunbathing. The food here really is wonderful! The multiple options resulted in a five pound weight gain! There is something for everyone and the meal we had in The Green and Grill was excellent. The quality of ingredients is amazing and I loved being able to have things like smoked tuna and Wakame! The selection of drinks is huge and if it’s not on the menu, just ask as they’ll make it for you! The staff really make this place! I love yoga and the daily 9am sessions with Marina were a real treat! Lovely Donna at the pool bar, Fabiola who is such a joy and Welsh Miguel are just a few of the staff who make this place so special. Entertainment options are great! The in house singers are amazing and work so hard. Local acts are varied and there are multiple options depending on your mood. I loved the big show nights too! It was lovely to see some hotel cats appear this season too! Only two tiny things which could be improved. More seating in the adult’s only area! After dinner we could never find a seat to watch the entertainment. Last year there was an amazing pianist who would play before dinner, I wonder if this could return? This hotel just keeps getting better and really does offer 5 star luxury on the beautiful island of Mallorca! I’m already counting down to my next visit in August! Thank you to all of the amazing staff who go above and beyond to make this a truly special place.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We used both the kids club and the baby club for our 8 year old and 2 year old. Both were fantastic with great staff. It felt like a very safe and secure place with electronic sign in and out facility with photo. Special mention to Ioanna and Essi at the baby club who were fantastic with our little girl and we really appreciated their care and professionalism when looking after her and helping her to settle at the club. Baby club has a charge per session which we found to be very reasonable. Wide range of excellent food at the buffet; 4 a la carte restaurants also good- especially the Indian restaurant. We used the free bike hire- they had bikes with baby seats too. Also enjoyed the free spa facilities and gym. Fitness classes held at the adult only area were also excellent. The entertainment was of a really high standard with engaging kids evening entertainment and superb music at the piano bar. We were frequent users of the coffee shop and their delicious sweet treats. The water was a little cold but ok to swim - we used a baby warm suit for the little one which worked well and she loved the splash area. An all-round wonderful stay.

We spent a wonderful ten days at this amazing hotel. The staff exude a genuine warmth and kindness. It’s not just that they’ve been told to engage with guests, nor a pushiness you get at some hotels to join in activities, it’s more that they are genuinely warmhearted and friendly people who really want you to enjoy your holiday. They are focused on putting the guests first. If only all hotels were like this! Examples include the genuinely friendly and welcoming maitre d’, who is such an asset to the hotel. Even at busy times he was always happy, relaxed and smiling, chatting with us and wishing us a lovely meal. The hotel manager was often visible around the hotel, smiling, asking if we had had enjoyed our meal. Also the very tall waiter - we didn’t catch his name - but he was also so friendly and always asking if we were having a good day. Miguel Garcia at the green and grill was also excellent- he was so friendly and his attitude towards guests was so welcoming. We can’t stress enough how much of a difference these attitudes from staff made to us on holiday. We stayed in a junior suite. It was tastefully decorated and well maintained. The robes and slippers were a lovely touch. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and spacious. As recommended by other reviewers, we took a shower curtain for the shower door. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Our cleaner was very friendly and courteous, and never just came into the room without knocking first and waiting for a reply. The mini bar was a lovely touch and was restocked daily with soft drinks and water. The hotel grounds and public areas were immaculate. It was such a pleasant experience just wandering around. We realise that a lot of what the grounds/ gardening/maintenance /cleaning staff do happens behind the scenes, and we really appreciate their hard work to make the hotel such a beautiful place for guests. We loved Thea’s coffee shop, which we visited most days. The hot drinks, sweet treats and ice creams were delicious. We also loved that the staff there were so friendly, and especially that they adapted their hot chocolate option when we asked for a milkshake (which wasn’t on the menu), to make cold chocolate milk for our son- he loved this and asked every day if we could go there to get a cold chocolate! These small gestures of kindness make a big difference to guests’ experiences. The restaurants offered an excellent range of food for meat/fish eaters and vegetarians. I am vegetarian and had a wide range of options for all meals. The buffet offered vegetarian paella, vegetarian pastas, Spanish noodle (like paella) dishes, veggie wok dishes, potato dishes and vegetable lasagne. There were also excellent vegetarian options at the a la carte restaurants, including pastas, vegetable curries, vegetable fajitas and a veggie burger. Seitan (tofu) was also an option in the a la carte restaurants. In addition, there was a wide range of salad options, potato side dishes, breads, cheeses and vegetable accompaniments. The green and grill for lunch had baked potatoes every day and sandwiches. The meat eaters among us also enjoyed the burgers, hotdogs and rotisserie chicken. The hotel catered for other dietary requirements and we saw the chefs walking with guests to explain which dishes would be suitable for them. Desserts were impressive. The pina colada mousse was delicious. One minor criticism of the restaurant would be that the pastries (croissants etc) for breakfast were usually cold. It seemed that they were perhaps heated at 7:30 when the restaurant opened, but after then they were brought out cold/room temperature. They also frequently needed to be replenished. We would have appreciated a selection of better quality pastries for breakfast. Otherwise, there was a wide range of options at breakfast. The apple pancakes were delicious and the cooked breakfast options were very good. The children’s buffet section was also very good. We found the outdoor pool to be a bit cold (it was April and the pool was heated to around 25 degrees, which we understand is the warmest the hotel is allowed to heat it). Plenty of other guests did enjoy the pool, though. We mainly used the indoor pool which was lovely, had cushioned loungers and felt warmer. We made use of the sports centre and hired bikes, played tennis and basketball. The staff there were also great. The hotel is in a good location and it’s possible to walk or cycle to S’Illot, Cala Millor and Cala Bona. We also loved the live music in the piano bar, which was a nice place to relax after evening meals. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Just returned from 6 days in this lovely hotel. The room was a family suite, very spacious, huge comfortable bed. Clean and well appointed. Generous bathroom area with shower and corner bath plus a double his and hers basin with various mirrors and hairdryer. The restaurant team were lovely, as were the bar staff. Lots of personalities that give a more personal touch. The children’s pool with swimup bar was clean, well maintained and the landscaped gardens were beautiful. The main restaurant had a vast amount to choose from. As a vegetarian I enjoyed lots of Mediterranean options. We tried the Green & Grill and the Asian restaurant. Both were booked at reception and offered table service with three courses. The team were fun and provided a personalised service, especially Miguel (Welsh and Spanish). The main restaurant gets rather busy on a Thursday when the individual ones shut for the evening. Although we were only here for 6 days we crammed a lot in. We used the free bikes which you request from reception no:7 was my trusty beast! There were clear cycle lanes and you felt very safe going either to Cala Millor or S’Illot. We hired a car to go further afield for one day through the hotel. €72 for the day. Port de Pollença was stunning, walking along the infamous Pine Walk. Alcudia has a huge beach stretching out with white sands and little shells and also had an impressive amount of keen cyclists. Cala d’Or was just how I remembered and we snorckled in the shallows observing fish and cormorants. Parking was free which was refreshing although I am not sure whether this applies in peak summer times. The hotel is far more aware of the environmental impact it creates. All cups are reusable in the bar and paper recyclable cups in the Café. Guests are encouraged to use the laundry mindfully which I found encouraging. My only surprise was the spa. The space is beautiful and looks luxurious promising a high end spa experience. We tried one of the saunas which was the best bit, the other remaining rooms weren’t great, the steamroom smelt stale and there were limited theraputic jets available. It was a shame as this area has lots of potential. This hotel ticks most of the boxes you want in a holiday and the team running it obviously work extremely hard to deliver a personalised efficient service. This was appreciated and we are glad we came.
