My husband, our 3 kids and myself spent 9 nights in Palia Sa Coma in September. We enjoyed every second of our stay. From the welcoming reception staff, to the waiting and restaurant staff, everybody made our holiday one of the best yet. We had a beautiful room on the 4th floor with super views over the pool and overlooking the sea. The weather wasn't great on one or 2 of the days, but the incredible animation team kept us all entertained. Lucas, Franky, Eline and Victoria, the kids still talk about you every day. Your energy is incredible and you're great at getting everyone involved. We had so much fun taking part in all the daily activities and the evening time entertainment was always varied and to a very high standard. Shout out to Matty the lifeguard also, he was so good to the kids and was always so chatty and helpful and also to Antonio....the worlds cheeriest barman. The food is also worth mentioning. Breakfast was my personal favourite....who doesn't love pancakes everyday 😆 We would highly recommend this hotel and we'll definitely be back again.

Me and my partner were given the wrong room the first night which was a pain as we couldn’t properly unpack. This started of badly already. The swimming pool area/bar area and the outside was nice but have been to nicer hotels. The entertainment team didn’t try speaking to us much or tried getting us involved. The food was probably the worst part of the holiday. Every night they had themed food but not much choice for a fussy eater like me. The worst part was the desserts every night! There were no choices at all every night was the same dessert some Swiss rolls with jam or caramel and that’s all that you had to pick from which was so boring and repetitive. I have never been to a hotel before that served the same dessert every lunch and dinner for a week of being there.

I came to this hotel for a seven day holiday with my girlfriend. The Hotel is next to the beach, just two minutes away by feet. The room was on the 4th floor a d we could see the sea every morning from our balcony. The food was really delicious, fresh pizza and fish, good meat and mexican and chinese night! The staff was really gentle and kind, even in stress moments. Enterteinment, with lot of energy and lot of activities was de icing on the cake. We can he just thankful for the week we spent there, maybe we will be back next year!

Great hotel all round. The food was as expected of an all inclusive but the themed nights (including Mexican, Spanish and Chinese) were a highlight. All the staff were very helpful but the entertainment crew made the holiday. Franky and Lucas especially were amazing! They learned our names from day one and made our holiday so much fun. We did rifle shooting, archery, aqua gym during the day and so much more at night. The highlights were the boys vs girls games night and the party evening. They even had extra people in to do shows; the chromos show was wonderful! There’s a significant mix of languages and ethnicities but everything is catered for. The restaurants in the surrounding area is great and within walking distance as well as the water sports on the nearby beach. All round, we had a great holiday which was definitely due to the animation team- especially Franky!
